Turning the knob and just like that the door was open.
Staying in position mi poke mi head through the space,looking around.
Closing the door back mi tek off the bed slippaz and put it near the bed.
Walking over to the bed mi put pillows under the blanket to make it form a person under there as best as possible then mi fix the curtain suh nuh light nuh come in.
Afta dat mi guh ova to the wall fan and adjust it so it face my bed and turn it on.
Finally mi guh back over to the door and slowly open it back leaving a small space knowing it would make noise if mi open it more wider.
Putting a foot through then my whole entire body through the tiny space I stand there looking around.
There were 3 door,a window wid thick curtain and the best part is the stairs that lead me down there.
Mi honestly cyah believe dah day yah come.
Hurriedly but quietly I walked over the stairs and I made my first step.
Before I coulda even mek up mi mind if mi fi really dweet I heard

Waking up to him opening the window causing light to enter I hiss my teeth and turnt my back facing the window as my eyes were still closed.

Before he could say anything I got out of bed and walk over to the bathroom slamming the door.
After finishing my business I walked out there upset to still see him there now looking through the window.

"Either you come out inside a body bag or you stay"he said now staring at me.
"Oh suh yuh want deh pan roadside instead inna house"he began laughing.

Walking over to the bed i sat at the edge just staring at him until he went to the bathroom and slam it shut.
