Sunset's POV:
As my friends and I made our way to school, the warmth of the sun on our faces and the chirping of the birds in the trees had us feeling lively and animated. We were full of energy and excitement as we strolled down the sunlit streets, chatting animatedly and discussing everything from the latest fashion trends to the upcoming school events.
As we approached the school entrance, the atmosphere suddenly shifted, and everyone fell silent. The buzz of anticipation was palpable, and we all felt it.
It was then that I noticed Flash standing by the school portal, surrounded by his group of buddies. He had his hands in his pockets, a relaxed smile on his face, and a carefree attitude that immediately caught my attention. I couldn't help but glance at Twilight, who was walking beside me. Her face had turned a deep shade of red, and she was staring down at her shoes, looking shy and nervous.
Feeling playful, I nudged Twilight towards Flash and his friends, curious to see how she would react. As we got closer, Flash turned to face us, his eyes lighting up in recognition. He greeted us warmly, his friendly demeanor putting us all at ease.
I gave Twilight a gentle push towards him and ran away, grinning mischievously. But my plan didn't go as expected. Twilight was so caught off guard by my actions that she stumbled and went flying towards Flash. However, to everyone's surprise, he quickly caught her by the waist, steadying her before she could fall.
The rest of our group of friends, the Rainbooms, watched from a distance, grinning at me. Rainbow Dash gave me a thumbs-up as we watched the sweet couple from afar. I couldn't help but feel a sense of satisfaction at having played a small part in their love story.
Twilight's POV:
I blushed hotly as I felt his strong arms around my waist. "So, are you going to release me or will we just stay like this forever?" I asked. Flash raised an eyebrow in a teasing way and chuckled. "I don't mind, Princess. The question is, do you want to?" he asked. I blushed and looked away. "Kinda..." I mumbled quietly. He leaned in. "As much as I want to, Princess, I must pull you up now. The whole school is watching." He said quietly but gently.
He was right. The whole school was watching. Some were even whipping their phones out and quietly taking pictures. Flash and I quickly scrambled to our feet, looking embarrassed. Soon, they were disappointed and returned to what they were doing.
As the Rainbooms walked towards me, I couldn't help but notice the sly smirks on their faces. "So, did you have fun?" Rarity asked, her tone teasing. I blushed yet again, feeling my cheeks heat up at the memory of what had just happened. Why do I keep blushing?
Just then, Flash interrupted our little moment of teasing. "Girls, as you know, I broke up with Gloria," he began, his tone serious. "It made a big impact on the company where I work as a model. Now, we've lost our main model, Gloria, and six other girl models, as well as a few boys. My boss told me to bring some girls as temporary models, along with some boys. Do you guys want to give it a try?"
We looked at each other, considering his offer. Modeling was never really something we had thought about before, but the prospect of trying something new was exciting. "Sure, why not?" I said, voicing the collective thoughts of the group.
Flash nodded, looking relieved. "Great. Now, do you guys know any boys who might be able to come after school?" he asked.
The girls fell silent, thinking for a moment. It was Rainbow Dash who spoke up first. "I could call Soarin. I'm sure he'll come," she said, a mischievous grin on her face. "That boy is literally head over heels in love with me. Poor dude."
Rarity snorted. "Rainbow, darling, come on! All of us know you return Soarin's feelings. Don't be in denial," she said, teasing her friend. I giggled along with the others, feeling grateful for their camaraderie.
"He's cute and smart and knows how to play soccer. Who wouldn't like him?" Rainbow Dash retorted, sticking her tongue out at Rarity before heading outside to make a call to Soarin.
Meanwhile, Pinkie had taken out her phone and was scrolling through her contacts. "I'll call Cheese Sandwich. He shouldn't have anything planned after school," she said, her voice cheerful.
Fluttershy, who had been quiet up until now, spoke up. "I'll talk to Discord. He'll agree," she said, her voice barely above a whisper. I was surprised by her sudden assertiveness - Fluttershy had always been the quietest and most reserved of our group. But I didn't dwell on it too much - after all, boys did strange things to girls' feelings.
