Twilight's POV:
It's an exciting day for me as I have been eagerly waiting for the Musical Showcase. However, my nervousness got the best of me this morning, and I ended up skipping breakfast. As I arrived at Rarity's salon, she noticed my uneasiness and tried to calm me down. She then suggested that I eat something before our performance. "Singing on an empty stomach is not ideal, darling," she said with a comforting smile. I took her advice and started nibbling on a granola bar, feeling grateful for her thoughtfulness. I felt more at ease knowing that I had something in my stomach.
As soon as the girls saw me, they insisted on giving me a complete makeover. Sunset, who always had a knack for hair styling, was working with a hair curler behind me. She delicately curled each strand of my hair, bringing out its natural bounce and flow.
Fluttershy, on the other hand, was in front of me, meticulously applying light touches of makeup. I didn't usually wear makeup, but Fluttershy had an artistic touch that made me look and feel beautiful. She applied some blush to my cheeks, a light lip gloss, and a touch of mascara that made my eyes pop.
Meanwhile, Rarity was busy working with some white fabric in a corner of the room. She was determined to make me the perfect dress for the occasion. She carefully measured and cut the fabric, and with each stitch, she brought the dress to life.
Rainbow Dash, who was always up for a challenge, was sitting on the sofa, tuning my guitar. She made sure each string was perfectly in tune.
As I stood before the mirror, I couldn't help but gasp at my reflection. I had never looked so stunning before, and it was all thanks to my amazing friends. They had spent hours perfecting my makeup and hair, and I couldn't believe how beautiful they had made me look. As I took in every detail of my appearance, I felt a wave of emotion wash over me, and tears threatened to spill from my eyes. I was so grateful to have friends who cared about me so much and who wanted to make me look and feel my best. At that moment, I knew that I was truly blessed.

I was filled with gratitude towards my friends and hugged them tightly, feeling so lucky to have them in my life. Just then, a car honked outside, and I looked out to see a blue-haired guy peering through the window. It was Flash, who had previously offered to drive us to school in his car. I was eager to take him up on his offer.
With a smile, I greeted Flash warmly as he got out of his car. He smiled back at me and said, "Hi, Twi," before planting a light kiss on my forehead. My heart skipped a beat as I felt a rush of emotions. Flash had been greeting me like this for weeks, and yet, I still wasn't used to it.
He nodded to the Rainbooms. "You guys ready?" he asked. They grinned. "Let's get the show on the road!" Rainbow cheered.
( The Rainbooms, except for Twi. )
We piled into Flash's car and were off to rock the Musical Showcase.
