Jason joined his friends in their man cave at work, and they began chatting over a few drinks. Both Alex and Jason chuckled as Joe quickly got drunk after only his second shot of tequila. "So, what's a newlywed doing in the office right after his honeymoon?" Alex asked, his tone serious. Jason stayed silent but found the question amusing. "Bro, can you chill? His honeymoon is over, and there's no rule against him being here," Joe interjected, his words slurred from the alcohol. Then, he turned to Jason with a crude question about his honeymoon. "by the way how was your honeymoon disaster did you fuck her ....is she a virgin or a rug" ..... "Joe!!! Enough of this nonsense! Show some respect for once!" Alex exclaimed in rage as Joe laughed like a fool.
"Oops... why look," Joe said, pointing at Alex with amusement. "I just woke a beast," he laughed hysterically, playfully hitting Jason in excitement as he continued teasing. Suddenly, Alex moved closer as if to punch him, but Jason intervened. "That's enough, Alex. Calm down," he said firmly, attempting to defuse the situation "But can't you see he is insulting your wife?" Alex fumed. "I know he did, but he's drunk. He didn't mean it," Jason replied calmly. Alex sighed in despair and sat back on the couch.
"We didn't have sex," Jason said, taking his seat. "Plus, something came up," he continued, his face buried in his palms. "What happened?" Alex asked with concern, while Joe sat upright, eagerly waiting to hear the explanation. response..... "I think I fucked up, guys," Jason admitted, his voice heavy with regret. "What do you mean, Jay? Speak up," Joe urged him on. "She knows I'm having an affair," Jason confessed. "OMG," Alex mouthed out, placing his fingers between his nose bridge with his eyes closed in disbelief. "My man!" Joe teased Jason, but Alex shot him a glare. "Joe, are you serious right now?" Alex spat at him. "I said this in the beginning, that it was a bad idea. Now see what you've landed into, Jason. You are hurting them both... don't you see?" Alex continued, his tone filled with disappointment.
"Stop being a baby, dude," Joe interrupted Alex, his tone unsympathetic. Turning to Jason, he continued, "She found out, doesn't change a thing." "I can't stand this," Alex reacted to Joe's statement, frustration evident in his voice. He rose up and left them alone, slamming the door behind him. "I don't support this," Alex spoke firmly, his disappointment palpable as he left Jason and Joe to grapple with the consequences of their actions.... "fine, loser! No one wants you here anyway!" Joe yelled, his laughter echoed in the room. "So, what should I do?" Jason asked with concern, seeking advice. "Jay, Jay, Jay," Joe called him, tapping his back reassuringly. "You are the man. Have you forgotten? She lives in your mansion, and you make the rules." "I see," Jason replied with a grin. "Besides, it isn't your fault that you ended up with her... your marriage is arranged, man," Joe teased, taking a sip from his glass. "You're right, my friend," Jason replied gratefully. "Thank you, man." "Anytime, partner," Joe replied with a chuckle, and both men ended up bursting into laughter, momentarily forgetting the tension in the air.
"Alright, Dad, I'm heading to Chrissy's," Tameka said to Mr. Tailor at his residence. She kissed her dad goodbye on her way out, but stopped when Mr. Tailor's voice echoed through the hall. "I see you and Chrissy are now close. You weren't the same as little girls; you always fought at the slightest chance," Mr. Tailor remarked. "Well, Dad, that's the past," Tameka replied. "You are all I have, my child. Don't you think being around your older sister would greatly influence you? I don't want you having good relations with her,"
Mr. Tailor insisted. "But Dad..." Tameka began, only to be cut off abruptly. "Enough! This is what I'm saying. Interrupting my speech is what Chrissy does best, and you've picked up that character. You are the only daughter I can rely on, Tameka. And if you don't heed my advice, you will lose the freedom your father gives. Don't spoil the good we already have, my child. You may now go and see your sister," Mr. Tailor concluded sternly. Tameka left her father's residence torn between him and Chrissy. "Oh no, I can't lose Dad," Tameka thought to herself, feeling conflicted. "I'm so sorry, Chrissy, but this is how it should be."
