A great mans heart stopped beatings
A magnificent soul laid to rest
The lord broke my heart
But he proved to me that he only takes the best
A man who suffered
And fought a good fight
Was taken from this world

A man who fought the best he could
Cancer is something he would not lose to
At least thats what we thought. Cuz he fought it good
A great mans soul was laid down
He died at home
Which im happy for
In the arms of his husband
His free soul shall now soar
I know that i shall not be sad
For mostly all i should be is glad
His suffering ended and his pain is through
I will miss him but i will not let this grief end me too
For death is apart of the cycle
And i cannot let it rule me
I loved him but i need to be strong
And not let the pain kill me
I will miss you uncle Dave Im glad you stopped suffering... now you are truly an angel i will always love you
