No no no no I can't do this anymore. I wish I didn't agree to this I shouldn't have trusted him

Quinn can't stop squirming in his seat, trying to find a way to make a quick run away or maybe break out of the car.

Quinn watches as a large white house at the end of the street draws closer. He shakes his head as his tongue starts to feel heavy and dry in his mouth. He leans back into the seat, thinking of the worst, that they will tie him down and-

Quinn feels the hand on his thigh squeeze a bit harder and pull his legs to the side. Griffin suddenly appears in his line of sight, a bit blurry from the tears that bubble up. Griffin gently cups his cheek and runs his hand up and down his thigh. Quinn flinches away when Griffin gently unbuckles the seatbelt, he grips onto his forearms as his breath becomes irregular.

"Quinn, can you breathe for me? Breath, in... out... in... out... It's okay I got you."

Quinn lets out a whimper when Griffin presses his palm against his chest while rubbing circles gently. "Breathe and tell me why you are like this, okay? Can you do that for me?"

No, he can't his tongue won't work no matter how much he wants it to.

Quinn shakes his head franticly and his breathing and tremors only become worse. He hears Griffin sigh, he must be disappointing him, he doesn't want him anymore, did he even want him in the beginning?

Suddenly, Quinn feels strong arms wrap around him, warmth floods from his feet to his head and his body instantly relaxes. Quinn's head slots itself in the nook of Griffin's neck as he is being gently held. He didn't have the mind to push Griffin away. He couldn't, his body wouldn't let him as he slowly melted in Griffin's embrace while fat tears rolled down his face. He feels Griffin shift and a heavy presence above him before being pressed against a hard chest.

Griffin whispers into Quinn's ear, " Shhh... It's okay, I'm going to carry you inside, I'll make sure no one sees you, okay? Can you tell me if you want to go to my room or your room?"

Quinn hiccups his breaths and shakes his head, there was no way for him to reply, it felt like his vocal cores had shut down. Griffin lets out a grunt and Quinn suddenly feels the world shift as he is lifted into Griffin's arms up and out of the car. Quinn's breath hitches at the movement and wraps his arms around Griffin's neck to no fall out of his arms, his legs also instinctively wrap around Griffin's waist. Against his neck Quinn feels Griffin's breath and his low rumbling voice by the shell of his ear, "Can I take you into my room? Please." To this, Quinn nods and lets his head fall onto Griffin's neck, subtly sniffing his scent glands. His nose instantly scrunches up at his scent, it was everything he needed as well as being by Griffin's warmth... He felt at home.

Griffin has his hands wrapped tightly under Quinn's thigh and one across his back. Griffin wonders why Quinn is always not in the mood to talk whenever he is stressed or anxious, but right now that isn't his main priority. He needed to get Quinn where he could properly take care of him even if he wasn't quite ready yet, it's something that he needs to do now to keep his mate healthy and happy.

Griffin is careful to not sprint down the driveway and into the house. Griffin is lucky that his room has a small balcony that leads down into the back gardens, so that's where he runs. Not the front door but to the back to keep his family's prying eyes away from his mate, he has already gone through so much, that any more attention is the last thing he wants. He makes his way to the backyard and slowly moves up the steps to the second floor. Griffin presses his nose against Quinn's hair as he whispers, "We are here, I'm going to lay you on my bed, is that alright?" Griffin listens carefully when Quinn lets out a low hum before nuzzling further into his neck, he can't help but go feral over the feeling.
