The Stuffed Toy

*Second Person's POV*

"UNNIES!" Your voice echoed from the room, making your bandmates, the five girls — Minji, Hanni, Danielle, Haerin, and Hyein — flinch.

They were in their respective rooms and came out rushing to the living room as soon as they heard your shouting.

"What's going on?" Haerin asked as she came out of her room. "Why is Y/N shouting?"

The remaining four girls frowned, shrugging their shoulders. "No idea."

They walked over to your room to see it flipped over and you were standing near your bed with an angry pout.

The girls looked at each other, not knowing what suddenly made you angry. You were fine till you got home from the studio just a while ago. You were being your usual, enthusiastic, chirpy self that brings life to the group, but now, it was like your personality took a 180.

"What happened, Sweetie? What is all this?" Minji asked softly as she walked closer to you.

The thing is that all the five girls care a lot about you. Since you are the youngest, all of them go the extra mile to take care of you and make you happy, especially Minji, Hanni, and Haerin.

"Kuku is missing." You mumbled, still pouting. Kuku is your stuffed toy dinosaur.

"Oh!" The girls exclaimed collectively, more like in relief.

"Is that it!? God, we thought you got hurt!" Hyein spoke accusingly.

All of them know you are a bit dramatic. A bit more than what you expect from a fourteen-year-old. And when it comes to things you love, you absolutely can't stand being away from it or lose it.

You whined. "I looked everywhere. She's not here. She's missing." You stomped your feet, close to tears.

"Y/N/N, it's okay. She must be here somewhere." Danielle reasoned. "We can find her sometime else. You need to sleep now. You are tired." She suggested tiredly. In fact, all of you were tired as you had a long day at work.

You shook your head stubbornly. "I want her to fall asleep. She's not just a toy. My Mom gave her to me." You said, tears already falling down your face.

"Ohh, there, there! Don't cry, little one." Minji caressed your cheeks, wiping the tears. "Your Unnies will find Kuku for you." She assured.

You nodded with a smile, sniffling.

She looked at the girls and nodded, who nodded back understandingly as if they received a highly risky and secret mission from an official. All of you got to looking for the toy everywhere in the dorm, but still, you couldn't find it. They even checked the fridge and microwave just to be sure.

You were about to start crying again, sitting on the couch when Hanni shouted, "Found it!"

You rushed to her and hugged her, taking the toy from her hands. "Thank you, Unnie!!!!" You shouted excitedly.

"Oh! Finally! Where did you find it?" Haerin asked as the other four came back from their search.

"It was with the laundry."

"Huh! How did it go there?" You questioned innocently.

Of course, none of them had the heart to tell that it must be you, accidentally — which was the only possible chance, by the way.

"Uh! It must be one of us, Sweetie. We might have done that accidentally while collecting your laundry." Minji explained, and the other three nodded. "Sorry!" She added.

"No, Unnie. It's okay. I got her back anyway!" You exclaimed.

"Now, why don't you go to sleep now?" Hyein asked, tousling your hair.

"But I am not sleepy anymore." You said, giggling.

"Want one of us to cuddle you?" Danielle asked, poking your cheeks.

You nodded furiously.

"Then, it's my turn today!" Hanni announced.

"How come?"

"Well, the four of you had your turns last week. It's my turn this time." She explained. "Come on, Y/N!" She interlocked her hands with her, and you clung onto her, walking to her room — since yours were a mess — while the remaining four girls watched you with smiles.

Hanni cuddled you the whole time while you slept peacefully next to her, hugging her with one hand and holding your beloved Kuku with the other and a content smile on your face.
