The dust that was push in the air cleared to reveal that Shoji had swooped in behind your shield and picked up the crimpled Izuku.
Shoji: Midoriya, you are in no state to be moving around like this. Y/n! Were you trying to stop him?
Y/n: Nope... Just making sure he doesn't get himself killed.
Izuku weakly spoke within Shoji's arms,
Izuku: Just now... that was-?
Y/n: Tokoyami?
Shoji confirmed your inquiry,
Shoji: The surprise villain attack ended up triggering his quirk... He wasn't able to control it.
You looked up at the boy amongst the shadowy monster,
Tokoyami: Get out of here! It'll Kill you!!
Hannya (head): NOT IF I KILL YOU FIRST!!
She was trying to force her way back into control again. But you were suppressing her with all your might. Shoji was holding Izuku explaining how it got to this point but was interrupted by Dark Shadow's rampage once again.
Shoji: He will attack anything that moves or makes a sound.
Y/n: We just need some sort of light...
Shoji: Y/n, can you do anything.
You looked around at the trees that surrounded you,
Y/n: I can't risk setting the entire forest on fire, I don't have that much control when I use fire spells. And I haven't learned any light spells yet.
Shoji: then our only option is to lead him back to an open area or to the facility.
Izuku grunt from Shoji's back,
Izuku: What you are suggesting is very dangerous.
Shoji: I know! But to save someone means to embrace risk...
"God Damn heroes..." you retaliated in your mind, which prompted laughter from Hannya.
Shoji: Y/n... Midoriya is too injured. You can run ahead and find Bakugou!
You turn to continue running, with Izuku safe by Shoji, you needed to ensure Bakugou's safety. As much as you tried to deny it, you did care for him. Hannya knew it too, so she pushed herself to the front. A tree was smashed by the giant Shadowy monster which distracted your mind taking your attention away from your counterpart. Hannya regained control.
Hannya: You guys have this covered?
Izuku: NO! Y/n! We need your help as well.
Hannya scanned the area and saw from the far corner the gas at dispersed and was slowly disappearing. "F*cking useless shit..." she cursed to herself.
Hannya: What is the plan?
Izuku: If he only reacts to sound, Shoji can use replicant arms to create decoys. He'll attack those instead of us. If you do that, we can lead him to where we want to go. That way-
Hannya: you lead him straight to Bakugou...
Izuku: We will save them both. We need you,
Looking at Hannya,
Izuku: make sure to defend with all you can.
Hannya smirked knowing that she could ruin his plan at any time... The plan was put into action and Shoji made noises to lure Dark Shadow into a path near Bakugou and Todoroki.
