To make a difference

After a tour across the base, Cade brought Jack, Enterprise, Bismarck, Belfast and Akagi to Bob's Beanhouse for a little rest before giving his introduction to the Kansens. They all sat at a table with a couch set.

Jack glances back at door every now and then while drinking his coffee.

"...Jack, c'mon. Relax a little. No one's gonna barge through that door and catch you by surprise." Cade says.

"Just being aware of my surroundings." Jack said plainly.

"While on the street, not in a coffee shop." 

"It is good to be on guard, sometimes," Bismarck chimed in, whilst drinking her coffee.

"He's been here less than an hour, and already you're taking his side?," Cade said, annoyance apparent in his voice. 

The three other women giggled with her hands in front their mouths.

Jack looks at Cade.

"Judging by your casualness, it would seem you have settled in nicely."

"Yep! No difficulty there. Came in, everyone here gave me a warm welcome, busted out some moves here and there to show what I was made of, the whole shebang-a-bang." Cade says as he leans against the couch.

"And I assume those moves you made impressed a few girls?" Jack sayd, a faint sense of tease in his voice.

"Well... you could say that. I mean, I would say I had their curiousities aroused..." Cade said.

"I bet that's not the only thing..." Jack jested dryly.

"Whatever you say..." Cade drinks his vanilla flavored coffee and subtly looks at Belfast, who gave him a wink in return.

As Cade put down his coffee he looks to right to see someone approaching him. A woman in a police uniform, with a short skirt, black stockings covering her legs, and heels to complete her figure.

"Commander Cade. Remember me?" The dark haired woman asks.

"Pennsylvania. I remember you."

"Mhm. I was away on a mission, so I missed your introduction. When I came back, Arizona told me you helped with her nightmares."

Everyone in the group looked at him.

"I did." Cade said honestly.

"...that was really sweet of you. Arizona's been having nightmares for a while, and when you helped, she was alot more upbeat. I came to you to say... thank you." Pennsylvania said with gratitude.

"Always a pleasure to help." Cade gives her a smile.

As Pennsylvania walks back to her table with St. Louis, she swayed her hips seductively. Cade looked for a good few seconds.

"Curiosities aroused, huh?" Jack echoed Cade's words from earlier.

Cade looked at Jack.

"You slept with Arizona." Jack said plainly.

Bismarck nearly choked on her coffee.

Belfast raised a brow and blinked.

Enterprise and Akagi stopped drinking their coffee, eyes wide open.

"Dude, phrasing." Cade looked at Jack as if he got snitched on.

"Excuse me?", both Akagi and Enterprise said with annoyance. The two looked at one another.

"Ok ok, technically I did, but it was after she insisted on having me join her. I was originally gonna sleep on the floor. Also, why did say it like that?" Cade looks at him.
