I don't dream.
At one point, I didn't understand the concept of a 'dream.'
My parents told me when I was young, I used to talk about dreams.
Since I gained self-awareness, I stopped dreaming.
I can't recall ever having a dream.
However, I wasn't sure if this situation is a dream or reality.
'It's a school uniform......!'
I'm wearing a school uniform right now.
A yellow name tag was located on my left chest.
I wore an awkward length jacket and a red tie.
This old-fashioned design was my school uniform back from middle school.
'I was throwing up blood in my gym clothes in my room just now.... Why am I wearing a school uniform?'
After graduation, I donated my school uniform.
There is no way this school uniform would be in my room.
'It seems like my arms and legs got shorter.'
As I looked at the school uniform, I stretched my limbs.
I almost tripped.
It felt somewhat awkward as if this wasn't my body.
However, the most awkward feeling stemmed from something else.
'I'm not coughing.'
The pain that had been pressing on my chest and causing coughing disappeared.
It seemed like my body returned to a healthy state without the lung cancer.
"Jo Euishin?"
"Huh?"
I was surprised.
There were three other people besides me.
"I'm Yoo Sanghoon."
I-"I'm Son Mingi. Nice to meet you."
Each of the guys who spoke to me pointed at their name tags
They were either third year middle schoolers or high school students, wearing all different school uniforms.
It was strange that they were talking to me informally.
Do they think I'm their age because I'm wearing a school uniform?
No way......
"Were you dozing off? Wake up, there'll be a practical exam soon."
"Practical?"
"Teamwork is factored into the evaluation, so let's all work hard. I'm Jang Namwook."
The one who talked to me was the tallest one with glasses.
After the three introduced themselves, it was my turn.
I just said my name.
"I'm Jo Euishin."
Everyone had finished introducing themselves.
An awkward atmosphere filled the air, accompanied by silence reminiscent of strangers meeting for the first time.
Jang Namwook broke the silence.
"Let's warm up. We shouldn't get cramps while doing the practical exam."
