chapter 4

After 5 hours :-

Under 18 match was about to finish, so I decided to change my clothes.

After sometimes under 18 match was over and under 21 category started.

"Aranya mehta" A lady announced my name.

Age category are divided into weight category.
According to my weight and age category, 8 girls are my opponent.
Kritika was standing a little way from arena.
(Arena is a area where karate matches are taken. )

Arena 👇

We all girls seat around arena and referees were seating on four corners of arena with point board.
First we all have to do kata and then kumite.

(Kata means an exercise consisting of a sequence of the specific movement of a martial art, used in training and designed to show skill in technique
And kumite means fight.)

"Emma" Referee take name of a girl who is one of my opponent.
She stand in middle of arena and ray to referees.
(Ray is a symbol of respect in karate Or in other material art)

"Kunkudai" She take name of kata and started kata.
Kunkudai is one of my favorite kata. I like it and she is doing good, not bad.
After two more girls referee take my name.

"Aranya mehta" Finally it's my turn.

"Gojushiho sho " I take kata name which I prepared for match. And one of my best kata.
I started kata gojushiho sho, is one of hardest kata but beautiful.

Referees didn't show points till kata and kumite both events are not over.
I finished my kata.
And seat at my place.

Now it's time for kumite
My first fight  is with Emma , I like her kata , but it doesn't mean that she can defeat me.
"All the best" I say her and shake my hands.

"All the best" She said

I have 1min to win match, I can do it
Match started .
She played well but gusse what I win my first match. now I have to win three more match.
After 5 min my final fight over and I win the gold medal. Not just in kumite but in kata too.
One of referee came near "you are best player, I love the way you played" Referee said.

"Thank you "

"By the way my name is cavin " Referee said and shake hands with me.

"Nice to meet you" I said

Kritika jump on me and hugged me tightly.
"I knew it you will win I am proud of you my girl "

"Kritika I am happy "I said and I heard something that makes me angry.

" I am the best you all are losers no one can defeat me, shame on you all " A man said.

Who is he, how dare he to say such a words .
