Author's pov :-

"Akshat drew Aranya into his arms, his voice barely above a whisper " Aaj aap mere sath raho my dear wife. "

"Or vo kyu. " Aranya asked softly

"Because I want to spend time with you. "

" okay, I'll stay with Ananya in her room," Aranya said, smiling reassuringly.

Akshat's eyes sparkled with mischief as he leaned in, his voice low and husky.

"Aranya, why Ananya's room? Move into mine instead."

Aranya's cheeks flushed. "Akshat, that's not proper."

Akshat's grin widened. "I'll be proper, I promise. I'll even give you my bed."

Aranya's laughter escaped. "And where will you sleep?"

Akshat's eyes crinkled. "Right beside you, of course."

Aranya's heart skipped a beat. "Akshat..."

"Come on, it's safer," he coaxed. "And I can keep an eye on you."

Aranya's resolve weakened. "Fine."

Akshat's triumphant smile made her pulse race.

"Deal!" he whispered, sealing it with a soft kiss.

Akshat swept Aranya into his arms, her laughter echoing.

"Akshat, put me down!" she giggled.

"No way, I've got you now," he teased, striding toward his room.

Just as they reached the door, Ananya emerged from her room.

"Whoa, what's going on here?" Ananya asked, raising an eyebrow.

Aranya's face flushed. "Akshat's being ridiculous."

Ananya's grin spread. "Oh, I see. Carrying you over the threshold, huh?"

Akshat chuckled. "Something like that."

Ananya's eyes sparkled. "Well, I suppose you should start calling him 'husband' now."

Aranya's cheeks burned. "Ananya, stop!"

Akshat just laughed, shouldering open his door and depositing Aranya on his bed.

"Get used to it," he whispered, his eyes locking onto hers.

Ananya's teasing voice drifted from the hallway. "Don't worry, Aranya, he'll make a great husband... in about 10 years!"

Aranya playfully threw a pillow at Akshat. "You're encouraging her!"

Akshat caught the pillow, his smile still in place. "Can't help it. She's right."

"Wanna make some sence. " Akshat asked  mischiefly .

"Nah I am fine. " She said with a smile.

She hugged Akshat, she was  tired as hell because of so much training she held Akshat's shirt and slept into his arms.
