It's been a week since I saw that girl . I haven't stopped thinking about it ever since . Does she also love the Meadows as much as I do ? The peace and the slow breeze that sweeps all the fragrances of the flowers can surely be a safe place for anyone who wants to get away from the world for a while . I was a little surprised as well when I saw her there because all those times that I had went there , I never saw anyone .

I remember her voice so clearly . A little too clearly . So sweet . She only said a quiet " Hey" . I stared at her for a good minute after that not even answering her . She probably thinks I'm a creep .
God Trivon get your shit together and say something !

I opened my goddamn mouth to answer her but she just walks away with a small smile . No.

After She was no longer in my sight , I decided to just go home . Who is she ?

" Triv ? U okay man ? " Rome snaps his fingers in front of my eyes . Did I zone out ? Yes , Yes I did . Damn .

" Yeah . I'm fine " I shake my head a little . Like that would magically make her disappear from my mind .

Rome looks at me with suspicion whirling in his eyes . I frown .

" The fuck you lookin' at ? " I hiss out . It's like he knows something .

He squints his eyes " Chill out man You zoned out for a hot minute . "

" And ? " The fucker knows every damn thing .

My life is saved when my phone rings . So I pick it up instantly.

" Hey Mom , What's up ? " I hear some rustling sounds but she finally answers me .

" Hey Sweetheart, Ivy was acting up again but I managed to calm her down . Can you come home ? " She sort of whispers probably trying not to wake Ivy up .

" Be there in five " I hang up . Rome nods at me and I rush out of the cafe .

Ivy is looking out of the window in her room , leaning on the headboard of her bed . I sit next to her on the bed . She looks at me with her blue orbs filled with unshed tears . No .I pull her into a hug , she wraps her arms around me tightly . We stay like that for a while . This is the only way I can make her pain a little less painfull and bearable and it kills me for the fact that I can't do anything more for her .

" Thank you Triv " Ivy says weakly . I smile at her and ruffle her hair .

" I got you , Sweets . Do you wanna talk about it ? " She shakes her head . I nod at her and stay there until she falls asleep .
If only I could take all her pain away ...
