Kaden’s PoV

The moment she reviled her wings and slit that dress I lost it, how can someone be so sexy and fierce at the same time? It was killing me to see her this way I could just take her right now on this fucking table and make her scream my name for all of underworld to hear. Once the demon stoped talking to look at her I just laughed and told her to go. Thank god it wasn’t a male demon or I would tear his eyes out.

I walked towards her and she froze. Telling her that no one was going to harm her and how fucking sexy she was. Slowly I trailed my hand down her arm and took the knife to put it aside. Trapping her I held her waist and touched her thigh with the other. I could smell her blood the moment she cut herself. She flinched a little when I touched it and licked my finger to taste her. I mourned and held onto her tighter. It was like nothing I ever tasted sweet like nectar and metallic like blood. I could get addicted to her. It took me a minute to come back to reality. The second thing I noticed was her beautiful wings. I knew they were sensitive, I reached out and touched them she sighed and bit her lip to stop a mourn. “I can't wait to have you one day” I say and used my speed to go to my study waiting for my friend.

After an hour of finishing of some paper work and usual hell work the door burst open. “Is it true that my sorry ass best friend has a mate?” I smile and nod “How did you know I wanted to be the first to tell you?” He laughed and sat in the chair in front of mine. “You know Camlia she knows all the latest gossip and can’t keep her mouth shut” Camilla was his mate and Luna Queen. She was the one women that I could stand and really had respect for other than Tracy his sister who was like my sister too,I had seen her since the day she was born.

“Ah how is our Luna and the future Alpha?” She was a really pregnant she-wolf. “All good she gets tired though ..future wolf king is giving her a tough time” I smile at the thought of him being a father. His dad was close to me as well unlike my father. “Now coming back to your mate where is she?”

Amara’s pov

I was sitting near my new closet arranging the clothes the way I like it since I had nothing better to do. I get up and walk towards Kaden’s side and go through his clothes. Most of them were grey, black or dark red. I pick out a shirt an bring it near my nose to sniff it. God I was being so creepy but his sent was so good. A knock snapped me out of it and I quickly put the shirt back. I open the door and see the same demon from breakfast “Your highness the prince requests your presence in his study” I nod and told her to wait outside. Quickly I got of the dress I slit and wore a shorter plain red dress.

I followed the demon towards his study she knocked and I heard his voice “Come in” she opened the door, waited for me to enter and closed it behind me “You called me?” I say walk towards him. He looked at me from head to to toe like always “I wanted you to meet someone” he says and points towards the chair in front of him. I see a muscular man with silver eyes and brown hair. He was a wolf. “Alpha Luca nice to meet my best friends mate” he says with a smile. I put my hand forward for him to shake “Amara Elena Gabriel- high rank and general of heaven...it’s a pleasure to meet you” I smile and take a seat next to him. “Thought your last name will change to Killian Lucifer soon” said Kaden. I glare at him and roll my eyes.

For that he had to present the proposal to the council and it seemed like the Wolves and Charles did not have a problem with it but the witches will give us a tough time. They were real bitches, the light witches moved from their kingdom when black magic had started being used. They were against it but over the years the light witches were killed and only black magic was used.

“Okay if whatever that was is over I wanted to invite both of you for the naming ceremony of my first pup” I look at him and smile he was going to be a father. I loved kids with all my heart I always spend time with Nicoles kids. Nicole is Natalies twin. I was never really close to her but loved her dearly. "We will be there don’t worry Liam” said my mate. He says his goodbyes and leaves. I look at Kaden by he was already looking at me. “This is the first time we will be going as a couple so please just cooperate, I will do the same.” I sigh and nod. Getting up I walk towards the door “I will send some dresses to the room you can choose” I turn to face him saying “thanks” and walk out.

Keeping his word the same demon came in with dresses in her hand “The prince said to show you these and let you pick one” I nod and tell her to put them on the bed. All of them were beautiful, back home all the dresses were white and pastel but here they were more towards the darker colours, which I didn’t mind. Going through all of them I decided on a red and white ombré dress with tie up ribbons and a deep neck. I could picture the dress with red strap heels. It was perfect and not too fancy since I didn’t want a lot of attention. The night was supposed to be about the Luna and their child. “I choose this one thank you” I say with a smile. “Also the prince has asked me to lead you to the training area if you are not to tired” yes finally! “Oh no I am completely fine, just let me change then we can go”.

As I enter the area there were a number of weapons on one side and some demons and vampires training on the other side. The room was dark and lit up with torches. “Is there anything else I can do for you, your highness ?” The demons asks. “No that’s all thank you” I say and walk in. I could only see one female throwing knives on a wooden plank. She had deep red hair and brown eyes, dressed in a very tight sports bra and shorts that were showing most of her ass compared to my loose tank top and black leggings.She caught me staring and I quickly looked away. Moments later she was walking towards me with a smirk on her face. “So you must be General Amara his mate” I smile “Yes,that’s me what’s your name?”.

“Violet, Kaden and me go way back” again with a smirk on her face. I nod and look around. “You here to train?” She asked “Yes, what are you doing today?”

“Oh I was just passing time but we could have a duo if you want, I have nothing better to do” I nod and follow her to the fighting mats.
