Chapter 22: Island Exam Pt.5

After the whole incident with Nightmare as Haleakala had quickly made his way over toward Suzune to check up on her....thankfully noting bad had happened to her, but he did seen her with a pretty much traumatized expression on her face.

The teachers has also gotten involved in this as they too were confused and also worried about the students in case something bad happened. Chabashira had went to the class and told them that the exam will continue until further notice.

"Even after that whole scream or whatever the hell that was this exam will still continue?" Sudo had questioned as its only the 3rd day.

"Well...this is only the 3rd day and there's till 4 more days left until we have to head back and get the results of the exam." Hirata said as Ike was skeptical about this of course.

"But...whatever that was it surely did scare Horikita just look at her." Kushida said as she glanced at the black haired beauty.

"The best thing we can do is make sure that nobody else walks off into the forest alone." 

"I don't think I even wanna go into the forest after hearing that."

"Yeah same here."

Both Mii-Chan and Inogashira had voiced out which is understandable since if they both seen Nightmare they'd most likely pass out and shit themselves at how terrifying it truly is. If someone like Suzune Horikita, the ice queen of the class has turned into a frightened child...who knows about the others.

"Hmm I think it's a good thing that we try and get everything we need before night falls, and I do mean before late in the afternoon as well to avoid whatever is out there." Ike had suggested to all of them which they all agreed.

"That's smart Ike but about the groups, we need to make sure that enough people goes and have each others backs." Hirata has told him as Haleakala already thought of it.

"I think having 4 people should be enough, we can't have everyone in the class leaving the campsite so I think 2 groups of 4 should suffice." Haleakala had said out loud as most of them agreed.

"Alright I guess that we can do, but do please make sure we have everybody's back in this alright. Whatever Horikita saw had definitely terrified her."

"Any other Human would be traumatized if they see Nightmare." Ike had thought to himself as he glanced down.

With that most of the people had gone off to get some work done and also go and get some supplies before night falls. Of course expectedly all of the girls are all shaken up at what they just heard, and even some of the boys.

But both Ike an Haleakala knew better, they both know the dangers of having Nightmare on the island but they don't really know what to do at this moment. They do need to confront him and try their best to get rid of him...and I do mean by killing him.

It's easier said than done tho since it has been chasing after them for hundreds of years and who knows how strong it's gotten ever since. The real question is how long has it been in this world? And how did it get into this reality in the first place?

"Hey Nova was this what you meant when we first met each other?" Ike had asked the system that's within him.

[Both yes and no, you see I did warned you that things will get all the more interesting and DANGEROUS as the school year goes on.]

"But why Suzune of all people? I thought Nightmare is after ME not her."
