Chapter 29: Perfect

After the whole evening date had finished both Ike and Maya had headed toward a secluded area for he could sing to her, and to say the least he's quite nervous which is to be expected. Since the last time he sung to her was pretty much unintentional and didn't know she was there in the first place.

Then again it could've been worse and somebody else would've encountered him instead.....like Hirata for example, he doesn't even wanna think what the system would say to him if he suddenly seen Yosuke Hirata's affection meter go up.

"Dammit this is the first time that I'll be singing to her I just hope I don't screw this up." He thought to himself kinda stressed.

[You cannot mess this up since the system which is me has given you the power to sing, so even if you're nervous it'll still sound good.] Nova had somewhat reassured him.

"Right I guess that made me a bit better but still nervous."

[I guess just pretend you singing to nobody and that she isn't there.]

"Kinda hard to do that when she'll literally be in front of me." 

Well Ike isn't the only one having an internal struggle as even Maya Sato is also having some trouble as well since no boy has ever sung to her at all before so this is a whole new experience on her part. Again sure she's heard Ike sing before but that was by accident and pretty much intruded on him.

She's still somewhat fangirling inside her head right now that a boy will be singing to her....her older sister would tease her constantly if she were here so it's a pretty good this that she isn't here to tease her constantly.

"OH MY GOD OH MY GOD OH MY GOD, KANJI IS GOING TO SING TO MEEE. Alright girl you just need to stay calm and everything will be fine, try and control your hormones and don't pounce on him midway through the song or after he's done." Sato thought to herself trying to calm herself down.

They finally made it to the area where Ike will sing for her as once again it's also relatively far from where everyone else hangs out on the ship so nobody should be where their at, unless their a couple and want to get a bit frisky.

But the surprising part is that Ike had actually brought his guitar with him on the ship....unless Its one from the Music hall on the ship since they do have a room like that on here, there's a reason why it's a luxury ship for a reason.

"Is that your guitar or you rented it out?" She asked him kinda curious.

"No this is one from the music hall on the ship, I had to sneak past a couple of people while carrying this thing and it's kinda hard to do so." Ike replied to her as she raised an eyebrow.

"But can't you just...fly or hide in the shadows or something?"

"Well....not since that's more on Dalton's or Josiah's powers not mines. But this isn't about then right now since it's about US tonight."

Sato won't lie to herself as the way how he purred that had sorta turned her on and there wasn't really anything she could do about it, over the course of these months she's found him attractive in her eyes.

"S-so what kind of song do you intend to sing to me?" She asked a bit shyly with some punk across her cheeks.

"It is a date is not? So I think I'll sing a romantic one if it's ok with you." 

"OF COURSE ITS OK-I mean yeah I'm good....with that." 

As she sounded a bit too excited for that which Ike can't really blame her but while he was tuning the guitar a bit his mind started to race trying to come up with a song...until he came up with one from the world he's from.
