Pylo could be doing anything he usually does and Sonic looks at him so, so silly dude could just peel an orange and sonic would be there looking at him like this

pylo never understands it but he isn't exactly bothered by it either, just lets him do it
Sonic is very physically affectionate but at the same time understands Pylo isn't much for it which leads to admirable stares, blowing kisses, sliding notes, ect. He's very childish about his affections!
Pylo on the other hand just isn't much for PDA, however the minute they're home- especially if it was a good day- plants a one right on him (as in a kiss). He's usually the one to initiate physical affection and he appreciates that Sonic is respectful about it, Pylo can't deny he finds it cute how he'll catch Sonic flailing his hands in excitement when he finally settles down and cuddles up to him after a long day. While PDA is rare from Pylo, he isn't entirely opposed to it. A well placed kiss on the cheek or hand-squeeze is sure to get his tail wagging as much as he tries to deny it ever happening. If he feels a bit too jealous or begins to suspect Sonic is feeling glum, he has no problem giving him a couple smooches here and there.
Despite what he may claim, Pylo is always there to patch up Sonic's sorry ass everytime he gets beat up or bruised, though it does come with a scolding. That being said.. Sonic is a brat about being taken care of if only to see the gentler, more patient side of Pylo almost entirely reserved to naughty chao. When Pylo's sick or injured, he doesn't allow himself breaks from work.. despite insisting others rest and relax when in the same state. This displeases the hedgehog. Sonic will go from the silent treatment, to misbehaving, to getting himself hurt, to dragging him into bed and sitting on him so he can't leave. Pylo, of course, hates this, even if he knows damn well it's for his well being.
Sonic's a little worried when Pylo goes silent for long periods of time, even though Pylo also did this when they were still rivals. This results in Sonic randomly poking him and refusing to elaborate, it's a light poke, of course, but it's unexpected and out of the blue none-the-less.
"You aren't plotting any evil schemes, are ya?" "Is the sky green?"
Biting. Pylo bites. A lot. He bit when they were rivals, he bites now that they're dating.
"Ow! What was that for?!" ":3" "..Alright fine. I can't stay mad at that."
If Sonic dares try to bite back Pylo is quick to put up a sorrowful and pouty facade, puppy eyes and all.
Sonic was a little surprised to find out Pylo didn't eat meat, though doesn't judge him for it. He's willing to try out non-meat alternatives and even ends up liking some.. liking most. Honestly he likes just about anything Pylo cooks and I can't blame him, that fox knows how to make a meal!
While Pylo doesn't see the big deal with Sonic seeing him- well- unclothed, Sonic is very flustered and even embarrassed by it. Pylo sees it as something simple and necessary for doing things such as changing clothes or getting into the shower, even while acknowledging it's also a step in getting ready for intimacy. He knows the end goal isn't anything intimate and therefore doesn't really worry about it.
Pylo is very easy to fluster, something as simple as a compliment from someone he considers close is enough to make his stammer and stumble over his words. Sonic often uses this to his advantage when trying to brighten his day or simply just get back at him.
