A Foxes Beginning

Story?

I sigh and stretch as I walk into the old tavern full of life as men gleefully cheer and drink. I push through the crowd and sit at the bar. "hey, can I get, a beer please" The barkeep nods and hands me my drink, I look around and notice everyone has gone silent. a man walks up and sits by me.

"Can you tell the rest of that story?" I chuckle and nod "When the goddess summoned the fox there was one more thing she promised the fox" They all nod anxious to hear "She told the fox that no shifter shall go through what she had, so the moon goddess created the mate bonds".

"after she had retrieved the vicious foxes, she called a meeting with the gods, to discuss what had happened to their beloved little fox, and to discuss two new powerful creatures she was going to make and how every being will have a rank. the gods intrigued with what the goddess was to do asked her to continue, and the goddess explained how the ranks would work.

1) Alphas

2) Betas

3) Gammas

4) Enforcers

5) Warriors

6) Hunters

7) Trackers

And omegas, omegas are a gift to any pack or mate because omegas will be smaller than the rest, if an omega is born into a pack or moves to one it will be a gift because it shows that I believe that the pack and mate are strong enough to protect them.

alphas are the strongest, betas are the right hands to alphas they help the alpha and Luna and protect them in case of a threat,gammas are third in command and train new shifters, enforcers are almost as strong as an alpha they protect the pack and enforce the rules and so forth.

the gods were very pleased with the goddess and her plan, the goddess then reminded them that she had one more thing to discuss, she made an argument that even with all the new creatures that were made, it was still unbalanced so she was going to create two magical shifters.

the dire wolf was to be a powerful being with high contents of magic These would be like the kitsune in a way such as beauty, and cunningness but have a higher volume of magic, the gods were excited about the dire wolf species, the goddess chuckled and told the gods the best has yet to come.

she then told of the gods that this wolf will be a mixture of the hell hound and dire wolf but much stronger a regular wolf from this pack will be as strong or stronger than an alpha, but the alpha of this breed will be stronger than ten alphas combined, they will be strong in strength, speed, and smarts these wolves will be near some of the smartest, and some shall have magical abilities they shall live long- long periods with their mates, with there mate by there side they gain more strength, but they will be more instinctual and primal, meaning most of the time their wolf can take over anytime.

all the gods jumped and cheered in joy at the magnificent creature that was to come they urged her to hurry and make these creatures, but the goddess shook her head and told the gods these beings would take much longer than the kitsune to make, and so the gods understood in sorrow but were excited as to what was to come? the end." the men all groan
"cmon finish the story" I laugh "That is the story" one of the men comes to me and places a hand on my shoulder "How do you know these stories" I stand from my seat and pay him before leaving.

seems I've stayed too long, dragon country here I come.
