On a cricket ground , A young lad is seen practicing his shots.
Until someone calls him....

The coach asking for you

Ishan kishan under 19 Indian team's captain makes his way towards the team coach after listening to this.
While moving towards the coach, he could see someone else with him too.
That person's back was facing him, that tall lad had his head bowed down while the coach was telling him something
When Ishan reached there he asked
You called me coach
Yes Ishan, meet Shubman ....Shubman Gill your new teammate. He is a right-handed batsman. He is the one I told you about and is gonna open with you.
Said the coach
I remember .... He is the same one who's gonna be the vice captain
Right ??
Said Ishan
Confirming what he had in is his mind

Hello
I am Ishan Kishan , a left handed batsman, wicketkeeper and team's captain too
Said Ishan with a welcoming smile, while forwarding his hand towards shubman for a handshake
Shubhman looked up when Ishan introduced himself (I) to him (S) .
His big eyes had fear in them, his body movements were showing how nervous he was , hesitantly he uttered some words that were

While forwarding his slightly shaking hand towards Ishan for the handshake
After the handshake the coach asked shubman to go and start practicing.
With a nod, Shubman left.
Ishan had a lot of questions regarding the new comer in his mind. The coach could sense that , so he said...

Why he looked so scared and awkward, is there any problem , he looked troubled or is he like that only

He asked everything , he could sense after noticing the younger lad for the first time.
He is very introverted, whenever I ask him something , he replies with only one or two words.
I have seen him play he is a great batsman but as much as I have observed , I have never seen him putting forward his own opinion.
He accepts whatever anyone says , doesn't question anyone. About having any problem I don't know if he has one or not.
Take care of him as he is new here.
Make him feel comfortable here, try talking to him

If he doesn't put forward his opinion then how is he gonna be the vice captain , as a vice captain he should put forward his opinion

Cricket is his comfort , he is a different person while playing cricket.
I can't assure you but I think he will put forward his opinion as far as the game is concerned.

Ishan was really intrigued to know about the new comer. With this he went back to practice again.
When he saw shubman practicing his shots , only one word came to his mind and that was 'Perfect' .
His posture,his technique ,the way he moved his hand , his foot work everything screamed perfect.
Ishan knew that this will be a great asset for the team .
Thinking that Ishan started his own practice.
