From the eyes of a "Sociopath"

Realisation and Regret..

Inside Ruin's mind was a.. weird place for sure. First there was the computer.. you could watch videos and play old school games. All the.. odd stuff.

There were set rooms, three of them, well, originally two, so the third 'room' was just a small tunnel in between the yellow and blue rooms.

Imagine a small college dorm room. That was the size of it.

In that room, is where Ruin had resided.

They had the ability to go into the yellow and blue rooms, but they never did. It would be an invasion of privacy towards  his family? Acquaintances? Parents??? No. God, the family tree is weird.

They already felt so bad having to knock on either Celestial's door to even get into their 'room' in the first place. So they don't even bother going to bed anymore..

They would spend their days walking around the blank mindspace.

When they weren't doing that, they were stuck on the 'pov' computer, getting yelled at.. it was like putting on a headset and having to act all nonchalant.

They hated being in control, but their Celestial companions wouldn't touch the headset at all, not since they had 'merged', they should be dead! But the two still existed inside the mindspace.

They weren't the original. No, their codes had been deleted a long time ago, leaving Ruin to be the only vessel, making a body of once relevance.. one of a broken bot.

Whenever Ruin was forced on the headset, it was always yelling, death threats, etc, etc.

Not to say they didn't deserve it. They clearly did. I mean Dimensional Genocide?? What were they thinking.. stupid, stupid Ruin.

It didn't stop it from hurting, though. The constant reminders? And the fact they were still alive after all this. I mean, what could anyone possibly need from them staying alive?

It's not like they could move to kill themselves. They thought it would just be an explanation, then death. Clearly, from the 11-day life extension, if they were counting correctly.. Moon wanted something out of Ruin.

Keeping him alive for the torment most likely.

They were all the same. Too much alike..

Especially Ruin and Sun.

They're two sides of the same coin.

Ruin and Sun, both survivors of extreme trauma, abuse of all kinds and suffering, the difference is, Sun wants to continue suffering for the onces he has left, the people who, he cannot leave because the guilt he would feel for leaving behind his family, a family which loves him.

Whereas Ruin doesn't have anyone left, after the yells, screaming they've gotten ever since they got rid of the creator council..

And there was one.. comment which had been making them think..

Lunar's comment of "What if a bigger threat shows up"

They only pushed back the timer, not stopped it.

They essentially did it for nothing.

Go figure.. none of their plans were good, were they?

I mean.. making Eclipse?

That stupid plan on how to get Eclipse trapped?

The whole concept behind killing off the creator council???

Why couldn't they just think of anything good for once?!

"I should have never run away.. coward.. coward... maybe father wouldn't have left me to die.. I should've been more.."

They slammed at the desk, and not even any content was enough..

They saw the channel..

Sun and Moons.. channel..

"I mean.. why not binge watch? There's nothing else to do."

Oh.. what a mistake that was..

They skipped the gaming videos since those were boring. And that led them down the rabbit hole of.. Well, watching every video after the 'Goodbye Solar' one. Going to the relevant channels, Lunar and Earth's, Monty and Foxys..

The trauma they had caused with one unintentional dimension wipe...

They found themselves crying..

"Eclipse?.. what's wrong?"

R!Sun had spoken..

Ruin hadn't even told the Celestial Roomates about their.. little genocide..

That's when they just broke down.. for the first time, running to someone.. allowing vulnerability..

They cried in R!Sun's arms..

Explaining everything through stammers and sobs..

R!Moon showed up sometime halfway, the loud cries had woken him up.

"Pft- so you caused a genocide? Wow, you really are the Creator's creation."

"Not the time, Moon! Eclipse clearly regrets it! I've never seen them cry before.."

"Right.. sorry, I guess."

R!Sun continued to comfort the ball of mess that was Ruin at the moment.

While R!Moon was snooping around on the computer.. that's when the signal suddenly popped up on the headset..

"Well? Go! We can't make them go in control right now."

R!Moon nods, sighs, and connects the headset to the computer, hitting the tab to 'pov' before getting headphones and a microphone on.

While R!Sun picked up the worn-out Amalgamation and took them to his room, they needed a break from the pov..
