"They haven't informed me of anything."

"Anything?!" It had been at least a full week since Olive's incident. We were soon to be scheduled for the pre-season testing, and I was mad at how the doctors wouldn't provide me with any information.

"I don't know what I'm going to do," I ran my fingers through my hair as I shoved clothes and essentials into my suitcase. "Oscar, seriously, help me."

"I haven't gotten through his shit before, mate," Oscar answered truthfully. "Wait just a second for me." He muted himself as I was trapped in silence once again. I was forced to go home after begging to stay in the hospital. I wasn't given the visitng hours either. "I'm back. Lily just needed some help with her packing."

"I don't want to leave her either. I was hoping she'd accompany me to some of the races so I might be able to ask her to be my girlfriend there, but it seems like my anger took over," I through in one of the t-shirts Olive had bought me earlier in the year. "Fuck."

"Maybe you can make some stupid excuse and skip testings?" Oscar suggested, clearing his throat. "I'll cover up for you, tell McLaren you're not feeling well. We might be able to have Pato fill in for you or something like that."

"No thanks," I mumbled as I slammed my suitcase shut.

"No news from the hospital, that's unusual, you know," He said. "They usually give you all the information you need in order to visit the patient and to know about their wounds and injuries."

"Exactly!" I agreed, a bit too aggressively. "When I left, they said they'd report back to me after a few days. It's been a week."

"Jesus," More silence. "I've got to go. I'll see you on track." With that, he hung up. I simply shrugged to myself and laid my back on the bed, staring at the ceiling.

I honestly couldn't abandon Olive. I could phone McLaren, as Oscar suggested, and tell them I couldn't attend testing because of an illness, but we had doctors personally. I was sure they would probably tell me to still go and they could help me with the problem.

Maybe it was time that I paid the hospital a visit and tell them what was on my mind. Maybe I needed to do that. I grabbed my car keys and headed downstairs to the apartment's car park, climbing into the car while starting it up.

"Who's that?"

Olive had woken up to a white room, while a bunch of people dressed in white cloaks and blue scrubs surrounded her immediately, asking her questions she didn't understand, mostly. "I want to know what's going on."

"Do you remember anything about falling asleep on a bench and hitting your head hard on a piece of metal?" One of the men in white cloaks asked. It soon came to her senses that they were doctors and nurses, and she was at the hospital.

"No? Where is this? Where's Theo?" Olive sat up straight, fixing her hair. "Where's my boyfriend?"

"Who is your boyfriend?" Although being an awkward question, Mariam needed to know who she loved. "Lando Norris?"

"What?" Olive blushed furiously. "No! I mean, I haven't even gone to the McLaren Technology Centre's tour. It's scheduled for next week, I can't be late."

"Have you got any idea where you are?" Holly, one of the nurses asked.

"England, obviously. I live there," She looked around at the amazed faces. "And with all due respect, to all of you, be serious! Why would Lando Norris be my lover?"

"Because-" Mariam began, but Holly slapped the palm of her hand onto her mouth. "We just guessed. He was the person to bring you to the hospital."

"What?" Olive went even redder. "J-just tell me! What's going on?"
