My answer would be like,
☞ I'm from Indonesia, and we never celebrate Halloween specifically for this event. But, some mall and my friends often make a small party to celebrate Halloween. If I have to choose, I definitely will choose improvise, because it will make me go deeper into my theme so it will be very creative.
