Somewhere between the arguing and the explaination I began to feel drowsy. My head felt as though my brain was going to pop. I felt sick, like really sick. Acid burned at my throat and left the horrible after taste. Loud, pounding techno beats played in the backgroung disturbing the peace and tranquility. The next thing I know I am lay in just my underwear next to a topless Owen. Please don't tell me it is what I think it is.
I began to push back the covers when a sharp pain darts to my head like it was a race to cause the most amount of pain. Blood dripped onto the white sheets of the hotel bed. Blinking hard my vision refocused. I was in a large mainly white and beige hotel room. A loud chirp began to resound around the room-it was Owen's Iphone. Answering I heard a man; who was he?
"Hello Rookie, I here you're protecting the girl, now that's no fun. First the rebellion with Daniel now disobeying the big mans orders. You're in trouble," He said the last part in a sing-songy way. I recognised that voice-I'd recognise it anywhere, "Dunsby, really? I thought you'd have been smarter. Unforunately I know it's you there Grace; hows daddy?"
"I don't care who you are, you will pay!" I then switched off the phone.
Owen blinked beside me, either in shock or awe. Shooting out of bed he began to pack.
"What are you doing?"
"We're going!"
"No! I'm not leaving here," I stated.
"Do you want to die?" I shook my head no, "Then get dressed, five minutes."
Not even nodding I grabbed my grass stained clothes and went to the bathroom to freshen up. While washing my face I heard someone enter, I grabbed a vase and leaned against the corner of the wall to remain undetected.
The bathroom door swung open; I went in for the hit. He dodged:
"Jesus, Mary and Joesph, what on Earth were you trying to knoc me out for?" Kai inquired perlexed.
"I thought.."
He nodded which was a signal that he understood and that I didn't have to continue. After I was ready he told me that he, Owen, Robbie and I were going to leave town for a while so that I can resettle and they lose track of me-we were going to London. Once again I felt sick, what would happen if they caught us or even worse. Like always I pushed the thoughts to the back of my brain.
"What about May and Britt and Arthur?"
"Girl's got a point," Owen stated waiting for Kai's master plan.
"Well they cannot know about Robbie but nor can they stay. Hmm..." He thought carefully, "They will go on a holiday. We willorganise everything and send them packing, so that's one more stop!"
Hopefully today won't get any worse but it is only ten fifty three.
