It had been a few day since you-know-what. Moon, or Luna, was devastated. He knew earth very well and him being killed, luna felt like a failure. But deep down, he felt Earth was still with him. It gave him some comfort, but he could never get past it. Mars and Venus heard the news first, then the rest of the solar system. Let's just say they weren't sad, they were devastated. Ganymede and the rest of the moons were taught a lesson, but that will come later on.
Moon was drifting in his thoughts. He was trying to stop thinking about earth but failed, a few tears rolled down his face when-
"Everyone!!! Please gather around, you too moon! "
Sun exclaimed. Moon was confused but decided to do it, in the end the sun has the final saying anyways.
"Ok so we all know about the.. " Sun paused "the death of earth..." Sun mumbled, but the solar system could still hear it. They too, had sad looks on their faces.
"And Earth has a orbital residence, so long story short the solar system will go weee!! So I decided to put a replacement for Earth. Drumrollllllll, Moon!!!! " Sun said enthusiastically. Moon was shocked either way.
I-I am a replacement? For my planet..

The rest of the planets looked at moon. Moon was incredibly uncomfortable that was plain to see. He just looked at the sun.
"Sooo Yeah! That's it! You can go now"
