Proto was still adapting to his new surroundings, so many new people - there was the sun , then- mercury? his memory was still quite foggy. Then there was venus and Mars -- and his moon Luna. Then there was Jupiter and er .. Saturn? Then Uranus and Neptune.. yeah , that was about it. Wait-- wasn't there another planet? Pluto--or something of that sorts? Proto never really saw Pluto , he never came to the inner parts of the solar system , maybe it was too cold for him?
"Proto!! Hai!!" A large squeaky voice called out.
"Oh uh hi saturn." Proto responded
"Well since you don't have a name .. we decided to give you one!" Saturn exclaimed
A name? Wasn't his name proto? Or was that just a nickname? He remembered some planet who would call him 'earth' , but who..?
"Don't I have a name? Isn't it proto?" He asked
"Well yeahh but you can have a cool name! We were first thinking Gaia , but that's a bit too girly. So your name is earth!"
Earth? Hm , he quite liked that.
