An olderman with hair colored gray by age, stood at the front as if he was standing at a podium. You could tell the older man was respected amongst the people, he had a calm demeanor as he addressed the crowd welcoming them to his meeting. I figured this man had to be an elder of their tribe, the people around us started stomping their feet in a rhythmic motion as if to say we stand with you.
The cave wall behind the gentleman had painted diagrams similar to the hyroglyphs I had seen displayed in the cave I had stayed in. The man began to speak and everyone sat down quietly clinging to every word drawn, "Storytelling is imperative to our younger generations; it teaches us valuable life lessons about love, leadership, and honor" he said.
I admired everyone around the room as they nodded their heads in agreement, clapped, or snapped their fingers. "We are the guiding point for the future.
