"Never again." Hana flares. "I never want you to see her ever again." They were in the car as Jungkook was driving back to their apartment."Okay." Was all Jungkook could say. At this point, he didn't want to entertain the conversation any further.
"I mean, what were you two even doing anyway? And why do you feel the need to talk in private? Tell me, Jungkook, are your feelings coming back for her?" She questioned, waiting for his response.
He stays quiet, gaze focused on the road in front of him. And in all honesty, he wasn't really paying much attention to her. He just wanted to go home and fall asleep.
"Answer me!" She barks, fury in her voice as he now glances her direction.
"Huh?" He raises his eyebrows, pitifully admitting that he wasn't listening to what she was saying. "Sorry, I wasn't listening."
"Unbelievable. Jungkook, I told myself that you have moved on. That she meant nothing to you, but I can see it. I can see that you still have feelings for her. I see the way you look at her!"
"I am honestly not looking at her in any type of way. When she talks to me, yes I will look her way because she is talking to me, just like if anyone would talk to me, I would look their way. And when she came inside, she was checking up on me. I am a guest in her house, of course she is worried if a guest looks like they are about to be sick."
"Why did you look like you were about to be sick?" Hana now turns her full body towards him. "Because I was talking about starting a future with you?"
"I just got hot suddenly and was trying to cool down. It wasn't anything bad." He explains the best he can, in words that wont make her question the actuality of the evening. Yes, he was freaking out because she was ready for the next steps. He was happy where he was at. There was no reason, yet, to focus on the future. Well, not at the moment. He wanted to work a couple more years at his current job. He wanted to be financially ready.
"Are you happy with me?" She asks quietly.
"Yes, I am happy with you. There is nothing wrong with our relationship. We are good." He clarifies, trying to make the words he said believable, even to him.

It was the end of the night and you had thanked everyone for joining you. You were cleaning up in the kitchen when your phone rang. You walked to the island and saw Yoongi's name lighting up. You answered it quickly, hoping that your son was okay.
"Hey, just wanted to check how things went." Yoongi said over the receiver.
"Christ, Yoong's. You scared me. I thought something happened to Ji." You sigh, placing a hand on your chest to calm your breathing down.
He chuckles on the line. "I'm sorry. He is fine, fast asleep in his room."
"It went good. They just left about twenty minutes ago. Dinner was a success. I was just about to wash the dishes."
"Ji had asked about Jungkook."
"Really?" You sit on the bar stool. "What did he ask?"
There was a sigh and movement, as if he was getting comfortable. "If he can get a coloring book on his arm too, just like Mr. Kook." He imitates your son.
You couldn't help but to laugh at that. Imagining him ask such a question. "And your reply?"
"Oh, you know me. Told him NO! His body is a temple, yada yada." You picture him twirling his hand in the air.
"Right, and what did you really tell him?"
"The obvious answer. When he is 30, when he no longer is my little man."
