And when a random strangers offers you a part of their umbrella, and their heart? Yes, that moment. This poem is about that moment filled with love, kindness and hope.
Raindrops fell on my tired eyelids
while I walked down the empty road,
looking down at the wet tarmac
holding onto the remnants of hope.Citylights dimmed with dewy haze
as the rain continued to pour,
when I sensed a peaceful silence
suddenly drenched to my core.It was a stranger's blessing
like a medicine to heal my soul,
an arm extended over me gently
with an umbrella that left me longing for more.— it's all in the little things
