Owen sat down with Ocean, continuing to talk with him for a few minutes until he decided he was a bit bored.
"Hey, Ocean...how bout we go mess with some humans, hm?"
Oceans ears immediately perked up and his eyes had stars on them with mischievous delight all over his face...mask...thing.
"Oooo, really?!"
Ocean asks eagerly, his tail practically flapping behind him.
Owen chuckles slightly at Oceans imediate reaction and nods at him, getting up to guide Ocean around.
Ocean excitedly and eagerly ran after Owen as he began walking out of the garden, following him like...well, an excited puppy, being right by his side sometimes, in front of him other times, and sometimes even leaping back onto his back.
As Owen returned to the balcony, he saw a few humans who seemed to be discussing something.
He let Ocean hop off his back and began discussing the plan.
"So...I'm gonna find something for you to take from em, and then you'll run back to me, and I'll scare em off if they try to mess with you, alright bud?"
Ocean nods mischievously and waits for Owen to find something for him to take from the humans.
Owen looked at them, scanning carefully for any potential items of interest.
He eventually locked his eyes on a hilt for... something, and he didn't know why, but he felt... energized, upon seeing the object.
He also began thinking that he knew one of the humans that was there, but he shook off the feeling and looked back at Ocean.
"Alright...I think that gray object that...that one there has is pretty neat, you go and take it, then we'll flee if they try to get it back from us."
Owen says, repeating the plan to Ocean, who started making his way to the small trio of humans who were stood still, talking to eachother.
Ocean managed to grab the object in his mouth and take it from the human who had it on their belt, but the other two noticed and alerted the third, and the other two took out their own weapons and began trying to chase after Ocean.
Ocean ran back to Owen with a mixture of fear and excitement, handing Owen the object and hopping back on his back as the three were getting closer.
Owen took off in the opposite direction, chuckling at Oceans success.
"Good one buddy, I might just need to have ya around for some pranks heh,"
he says to Ocean with a smile, Ocean then returning the smile as the chase continued.
A few minutes later, Owen was a bit nervous at how long these humans were dedicated to chasing them, still yelling after the two as they followed almost right behind them.
Owen got an idea, albeit a stupid one, one that he wasn't sure of.
"Not like I have many options at the moment..."
He thought to himself as he exited the toxic room door, throwing himself and Ocean into the flooded area, much to the surprise of the humans.
One of the humans was about to vault over the metal bar supports, but was stopped by another, who yanked them off the bars.
Owen emerged from the water, along with Ocean, laughing mockingly at the humans.
"Hah hahhhh! Didn't expect that, did ya humans?"
Owen shouts victoriously at the humans, who each stared down with a scowl.
Again, he felt a bit of...recognition while looking at one of the humans, but he didn't let it bother him, as he needed to get out of the area before an angry shork shows up like last time.
Owen eventually gets out of the flooded area, Ocean still clinging onto his back still as they left the flooded area.
He went into the storage room that was right next to the flooded area, taking the moment of peace to examine the object that Ocean stole for him.
"Hmmm...so familiar, and yet I don't know anything about it..."
Owen thinks as he looks over the thing. Eventually he finds a small button on it, and, with catlike curiosity, presses it almost immediately and is met with a long, bat shaped blade of blue colored energy.
He waved it around experimentally, entranced by the sounds that emitted from it with every movement it made.
He took his new bat out and began to press it into the saber, and much to his surprise, it started disintegrating the bat as it made contact, making satisfying sizzles as it did so. Soon enough he completely melted the other bat, and looked at the bat again, hit by another wave of deja vu...where did he know this bat from...
"This lost memory stuff is really annoying."
He says to himself, taking a moment to look back at Ocean, who was watching the Batsaber with great interest.
He chuckles slightly before realizing that this could possibly be a problem if Ocean tries to become more interested in it.
"Bud, if you're thinking what I think you're thinking...don't"
he says very sternly and seriously to Ocean, who pouts and whines softly and looks in a different direction.
"Well, I think that was fun, how bout ya?"
Owen asks with a chuckle, getting a small chuckle from Ocean in return.
"Yerp, pretty fun!"
Ocean squeaks, seemingly done with his bad mood already.
