"Alright, I wasn't completely honest about exactly where these kids were rescued from. They weren't saved from any kind of ring like I had kind of led it to sound like. They are kids rescued from illegally run experimentation, which came about due to villains getting into some government work. These labs are meant for quirks research I won't go into grand detail about the things they are trying to figure out but people in high places with unique quirk mutations and others related to them go in and donate some of their DNA for quirk extraction to figure out what may have caused the mutation if it will happen again later to another child in the family and a bunch of other shit. That said some of the villains have taken advantage of that and have found a way to duplicate the quirks extracted and have made illegal labs under the ones run and funded by the government. Quite ballsy of them might I say. We'd go around checking them all but the government refuses to tell us the locations of the labs for fear of their top-secret research getting leaked as if it isn't already. We also can't go around walking and examining every building we suspect for obvious reasons like causing panic in them and other citizens. So we have to keep this shit hush-hush.

"After they had what they needed duplicated they kidnapped people of all ages and used them for their experiments. Some like Izuku and Miharo were born in the lab for reasons you should all be able to guess. Apparently aside from Izuku's mom. Izuku did she tell her friend why she wanted out so bad?"

I nodded and proceeded to tell them why. "Well, that makes things a bit more uh spicy. I'll be sure to make note of that. My next question which will lead to more explanation, Izuku do you know what they wanted to make you into?"

"I mean yeah I read and listened to everything they had in my file. I'm a monster and they wanted to make me into even more of one. At least that's what I guess Nomu means." A gasp went through the room and my brother hit me.

"You are not a monster Big Brother." He told me angrily to which I gave him a sad smile.

"Miharo I am. I was the first out of every experiment they had anywhere that has lived this long and is thought to have at least 23 powers or quirks or whatever you call them. I'm a very dangerous person Miharo."

"Hold on did you say 23 quirks?! Sir isn't that impossible?!" A boy with yellow hair asked. I looked at Shota and he paled.

"Izuku how do you know how many you are thought to have? That number was scribbled over in the remains of your file."

"I know. I'm the one that did that."

"I- okay. We'll talk more about that later. This next bit that I'm gonna talk about is pretty sensitive are you sure you wanna stay?"

"If it has to do with the kids I save and plan to save or any of the kids that have died then yes." Shota looked sad and looked at Miharo and Eri. "Eri do you want to stay?" My sister nodded and I looked at Miharo. "I'm gonna cover your ears okay?"

"Okay big brother," I smiled and covered his ears.

"After some discussion with some other pros and officers on the case we have reason to believe that they were turning the kids that died into Nomu's. As of right now we only know of the mindless ones but they could be working to make smarter ones. I believe that's what they would have done with you Izuku." His phone started to ring and everything began to sound distant. I glanced at Eri then looked down at my little brother and I let my arms drop and wrap around him.

My mind raced. The kids I had held as they died. The kids that I couldn't comfort as they died. All the kids who called out for a parent. They had been forced alive again and turned into monsters? Miro... oh no... not Miro... Leo... Hanako... Nico oh god no.

"-ther!"

"-ku!"

Not them... What if it had been a day later and then they didn't make it?
