As jasper is writing a diary a crew member comes running.
Crew person : jasper come with me you should take a look at the sunset .
Jasper POV
As I took a look at the ocean I could not find any fish. the fish migrate to deeper waters as hurricanes approach.
Those who stay in shallow waters swim faster than they usually do during the storm, then the fish return to normal behaviour and abundance a few days after the storm.
I saw changes in the waves level as the ship has not yet changed its direction . And the sun is about to set.
As the ship was being hit by waves I could stop thinking about Ruby, Charlie and their baby brother.
CAPTAIN ANNOUNCES CHANGES IN THE ROUTE
All the members are hereby informed that there will be changes In the route of the ship we will be using the northern part of the route to reach our destination .
As there is a change in routine we will reach our destination in 5 days.
( As the captain announced they would take the northern route the crew members started whispering to each other.)
Crew member 1: did the captain say the north route?
Crew member 2: you heard it..
Crew member 3: how could he use that route
Crew member 4: that’s the safest route.
Crew member 5: no, is not.
Crew member 6: the north route....Oh no
Crew member 7: why what’s wrong with it...
(Jasper who was standing there was listening to them as the crew members were talking to among themselves)
Crew member 3: haven’t you heard about the legend
Crew member 7:what legend
Crew member 8: the legend of the ghost pirate and this crew.
Crew member 9: i heard whoever takes that route has never comes back.
Crew member 10: there is no such thing as a ghost.
Crew member 1: I would still not take the chance to go there.
(The crew members were talking as the was set some of the men went towards the dinning room , some to their common rooms, so we’re still talking about the legend.)
Jasper went to the dining room where there was a food buffet.
Crew members receive their food buffet-style, in line. Usually, there are many food choices from different nationalities to accommodate all crew.
You typically have three types of meat with your choice of pasta, rice, potatoes, and so on.
There is a salad bar and dessert line.
Jasper wanted in line for his turn. He filled his plate as if he was hungry for years.
Jasper then looked for an empty table and started eating it while eating food He smartly packed some pasta, fried potato, and his dessert bowl with two water bottles .
He hid them in his shirt and left the dinning room.
