Broken Heart - Broken Memories

In a dimly lit room, with minimal furniture and tiled floors, the closed windows kept the sun's rays at bay. Positioned in the center of the room was a bed, where an unconscious girl with long, soft, straight hair lay. Gradually, fragments of memories began to resurface in her mind.

Faint voices echoed in her ears, their words muffled and indistinct.

"Jiang Xiaoyuan! Come to me..."

"You are my favorite thing to do ..."

"I will always be there for you..."

"Jiang Xiaoyuan!"

Startled, she jolted awake, calling out "Qi Lian" and scanning her surroundings. Her heart raced, and she struggled to catch her breath.

Listening her voice some one opened the door. the door to the room creaked open, allowing a sliver of light to penetrate the darkness.

Xiao's gaze fixated on the doorway. Slowly, a figure emerged, stepping into the room.

However, due to the back light, Xiao couldn't make out the person's features clearly.

"Xiao! You're awake? Are you alright? How do you feel now?"

"Who are you? Where am I?"

"There's no need to know about these details, my dear. But I will tell you one thing. It's time for revenge! It's time to take revenge... from Qi lian "

Xiao's heart raced as she struggled to piece together the fragments of her memories. The pain in her head intensified, causing her to grip it tightly. Breathing heavily, she desperately tried to remember.

And then, like a flickering film reel, blurry scenes began to materialize in her mind.

She saw Qi Lian, the person she once trusted, ruthlessly taking the lives of her parents and dear grandma. The images continued, showing him closing in on her, attempting to end her life as well.

Overwhelmed by the flood of emotions, Xiao shut her eyes tightly. Who was this person? Tears streamed down her face as she cried out, "Why did he kill my parents? Why?!"

"Xiao, please try to stay calm. As I mentioned before, your memories of the past are not complete. Qi Lian deceived you, making you believe he was caring for you, always by your side. But in reality, he was plotting against you, slowly taking the lives of your loved ones, including your parents."

"But why? Why would he do such a thing?"

" because of you... you were the reason for his friend's death "

"What?"

"Yes, but not entirely. During high school, you were constantly bullied by a group of students. Qi Lian pretended to be your protector, but in return, he manipulated you into doing his homework and bringing him breakfast every day. One day, when he was away, those bullies targeted you again. Qi Lian's friend, Xu, was the only one who genuinely cared for you. He tried to save you, but unfortunately, he fell victim to the bullies. Qi Lian and his other friend attempted to rescue Xu, resulting in a violent clash between the two groups. Tragically, Xu lost his life in the fight. Qi Lian blamed you for the incident and, he started acting like he still care for you and slowly killed your parents and made you believe that they died in accident were. He wanted you to experience the same pain he felt. That's why he took away your loved ones."

Xiao's mind was in turmoil, unable to grasp the full extent of the truth. Only fragments of memories floated aimlessly, leaving her in a state of panic and confusion. Her thoughts were a jumbled mess, and she desperately longed for clarity.

Xiao's heart raced with anger and desperation. Her mind was a whirlwind of thoughts, unable to find a clear path forward. It felt as if her thoughts were trapped in a maze with no way out. She cried out in frustration, her voice echoing through the room.

"Xiao!! Take a deep breath. I'm here for you. Don't worry, I'll help you. We'll make him pay for what he's done. We'll shatter his heart into a million pieces! He deserves to suffer. Listen to me carefully!! Approach him calmly, as if nothing has happened, and then..."

She outlined a plan, providing Xiao with the guidance she needed. With determination in her eyes, Xiao whispered, "Qi Lian, get ready to face the consequences. I'll make sure you experience the same pain you inflicted on me... I will give you back what ever you gave to me "
