It was day 27 of Seokmin using cheesy pickup lines on me.
Also, in the span of these 27 days, we started talking on Instagram.
As days passed, our conversations became longer and more meaningful and usually consisted of cringy pickup lines from Seokmin. We discussed our favorite books, movies, and music. We talked about our dreams and aspirations, our fears and insecurities. We shared our thoughts on current issues and debated on various topics.
It was amazing how we were so different yet so similar in many ways. We had a strong connection, and we enjoyed each other's company. Our virtual friendship had become an important part of our lives, and we looked forward to talking to each other every day.
However, there was one thing missing - we had never seen each other's faces. We had no idea what each other looked like. It was strange yet exciting at the same time. We had built a connection based on our personalities and our thoughts, without any physical attraction or judgment.
But today, I was determined to change that. I mustered the courage to ask him for his picture.
