Today was a Wednesday. That meant that Cooper came to training with me to see the girls. I woke up to myself wrapped in Katie's arms. Oh God. I feel bad, it literally looks like I've took the whole bed for myself. "Good morning sleepy head" I hear, a thick Irish accent starts laughing with a croaky morning voice. "Not gonna lie I prefer your voice in the morning" I tell her, trying to make conversation. Today we were in training for a morning session, and then gym afterwards.
It was 7:50am. Cooper came blasting into our room with Rafa and jumped up on the bed, into my arms. "Hey baby boy, how did you sleep?" I asked him, kissing his forehead. We still had a lot of time so we all just stayed in bed for a bit. It was nice.
"Hey Mister why don't me and you go make breakfast while we let Mummy change into her training stuff?" Katie asks Cooper, as he nods straight after. I smile at them both then jump out of bed into the bathroom, locking it behind me. Normally, I take a shower in the morning but seeing as we're going to train earlier then usual today, I decided to just take one after in the changing rooms with everyone else. As I'm just pulling my Adidas socks up, I grab my phone and go downstairs to be greeted by everyone, including Teyah. For breakfast we're having a granola bowl, while Cooper is having cheerios. His favourite. I decide that it looks to good to not take a photo for my story, so I whip out my phone and take a photo ready to upload.

After eating our breakfast, I chill out for a bit before getting Cooper ready. I change him into a cute outfit.

On the way to training, Teyah offers to sit in the back with Cooper (and Rafa) while me and Katie sit in the front, with her driving. She passes me her phone and tells me to message Beth saying we're almost there. I just love how she can give me her phone without having to even worry what might be on there. Definitely a green flag.

I'm wondering what's going on with Beth's contact name in Katie's phone. I'm debating whether I should ask her or leave it. Sod it, I'm asking her. "Katie, why is Beth's name like that on your phone?" I ask, wondering how she is going to respond. "Oh yeah, Beth did it on a night out like years ago when we first joined, she doesn't want it to change" She laughs, as I join in. Finally, we've arrived at the training centre and I take Cooper from Teyah and rest him on my hip. Katie carries our bags for us all and we make our way in. I get Cooper to wave at the receptionist Helen, as I remember her saying she wanted to meet him soon. I sit Cooper down with Rafa in his hands and leave him there while I redo my shoe lace. I've really got to work on them. Alessia and Leah walk in together and straight away comes over to Cooper to meet him. I'm pretty sure it's Alessia's first time seeing him at Arsenal, which is cute. "Hey buddy! I haven't seen you in ages!" She says to him, with her hand out for a high five. Cooper immediately high fives her back and reaches his arms up to her. Alessia picks up Cooper and wonders around with him for a bit showing him to all the other girls. Once he spots Katie; who's just got back from taping her ankle up, he of course wants to be in her arms.
As we're all heading out to the training pitch, I find it weird how Katie still has Cooper in her arms. Why would he come out to train with us? He's only 3. As Jonas calls us all over, he says hello to Cooper and shows him his surprise. A small stool placed next to him where Jonas normally stands. That is so adorable. This team seriously makes me feel at home. All of the girls are saying 'Awwww!' as Cooper takes Jonas' hand and walks over with him.
Training was good today, we did passing accuracy and mini matches towards the end. I was on a team with: Katie, Leah, Sabs, Beth, and Kim. It was 6-a-side for some reason, but I guess we have a few injured players. After, we all went back inside and I gave Cooper my phone so he could watch YouTube on it. He sat down quietly on the mats. I started on the treadmill, then gradually changed to the bikes, then weights. We all had a sheet on what we should complete as we're all at different standards. Obviously they change over time.
It's about 3:30pm now, I took a shower in the changing room and was just putting my normal clothes on. I'm trying to tie up my shoe laces when Katie walks in. I don't want her to realise that I can't do them. Well actually I can, I struggle. She smiles. "Can you not do ya laces?" She asks me, laughing after. I'm feeling a bit embarrassed but it's fine, it's only Katie. I nod and start laughing as she comes over and kneels down in front of me. She ties them both up and sits next to me. "I want Cooper to meet my niece, her name is Belle" She tells me, I do forget she has 10 siblings. "Aw stop that is such a cute idea Katie" I say back, but doesn't her family live in Ireland? "My sister Amanda and Ella are coming over, would it be okay if Ella moved in? She's studying over here and I told her it would be perfect." She says. "Katie you don't have to ask me if your sister can move in, it's your house silly" "I know, I just wanted to make sure love"

Cooper is watching a movie and is resting his head on me. We got home from training about an hour ago, Katie and Teyah popped to the super market to buy some food for dinner. "Mummy, I'm bored" Cooper says, honestly this kid. He's watching a movie and he's bored? Seriously.. "Hey Coops, you know Katie yeah?" I say, I'm going to tell him Ella is moving in, perfect time. "Yes mummy" He says "Well her sister who is a little bit younger than you is gonna live here okay?" "Yay mummy new person to play with!" He says, running around the living room while Katie and Teyah come in looking confused at him. "What's going on here?" Katie says out loud, looking at me. "Heyy calm down boy" Teyah says, catching him and lifting him up. "Katwie me meet your sister!" He says, laughing to himself. He is so cute, I can't wait to tell him that he is also going to meet Katie's niece Belle, who is a similar age to him. "Yeah buddy you are, and my other sister is bringing her daughter so you're gonna see a little friend for a bit!" She exclaims, I think Cooper is a bit confused on how she said it, but it looks like he understands.
An hour or so goes by and I'm just chilling upstairs, when Katie comes up and asks me to download Snapchat, I ask her why and she says that it's a good app to have and to share stuff with the fans. I download it and make an account, then I share a photo of my username to my Instagram, getting people to follow me.
