Today I woke up with Cooper in my arms. I let him sleep with me last night as we got to our villa late, as we was out with everyone. He was still asleep, so I tried to pull away and sneakily go downstairs to make breakfast for everyone. We only went out for soft drinks and a meal last night, as the girls have obviously got their game later. Kick off was at 2:30, and it is currently 8:30. I quickly just brushed through my hair so I didn't look like a mess, and tip-toed downstairs. Nobody else was awake except for Gary, Katie's dad. He was a lovely guy, I always sat next to him in games and we spoke about game play together.
"Morning Emily, how are you feeling about the game today?" He asked me, he was sat on the sofa with a cup of coffee in his hands, watching the morning news.
"Yeah good, hopefully we get something out of this game but Canada are a tough side." I told him, he agreed and I started cutting up some fruit for Cooper before putting a slice of bread in the toaster for myself. I sat up at the breakfast bar eating my warm toast with melted butter on, before hearing a few footsteps coming down our stairs. It was Cooper and Sharon, they smiled at me and Cooper ran over to hug me. I finished up eating my toast and got over to turn the kettle on, asking Sharon if she wanted a tea or a coffee. She asked for a tea and I took a teabag out of the box we brung from Ireland. A lot of stuff tastes so different out here. I poured her a cup and gave it to her, as she connected to a FaceTime call with her daughters, Lauryn and Ella. It was around evening time on the other side of the world, Ella flew over to Ireland for the World Cup so she was with her family to support the girls.

"Ma!!" They both said, waving to her and smiling, it looked like they were both starting to get ready for bed. Sharon started talking to them about our life in Australia, and I went over to say hello to them. They both asked to see Cooper, and I brung him over. He was very confused on how he could see the girls and hear them but not be able to hug them, bless him. I let Sharon and Gary talk to their girls while I went up to have a shower. I decided to wash my hair as I wanted to look fresh for this afternoon. I scrubbed my hair with raspberry shampoo and conditioner, before shaving my body and turning off the shower. I wrapped myself  and my hair in towels and just sat down for a bit. I got up to start my skincare and rubbed all my moisturisers in, after I added hair oils to my damp hair. I laid out jeans and my green jersey (of course with number 11 and McCabe written on the back) and soon enough got changed into it. I started styling my hair into wavy light curls and started on light makeup. I pretty much wore the same thing to each match, but I didn't really care.

Once I was changed and put on my jewellery, I headed downstairs to see how Cooper was getting on with his breakfast, which was the fresh fruit I prepared him earlier this morning. He ate most of it, except for a tiny piece of mango, which I ate for him. I'm quite proud of him, since we've been in Australia he's tried a lot of new fruits, which I think has been encouraged by the girls. I lifted him up and placed him on my hip and went upstairs to get him changed.

I put him in his green Ireland jersey which also had 'McCabe 11' on the back, with some jeans and these cute Adidas shoes which Katie got him for his birthday

I decided to put him on a coat as it was getting a bit chilly, it was winter in Australia after all. It's that type of weather where the sun is out, but there is still a cold breeze.
