In the heart of willowbrook, where the pulse of life thummed with the rhythm of generations past, Riley Mayers lives in willowbrook. She is a student who loves reading novels. She loves to read them so much , that she is inspired to write her own imagination.
Riley was not the kind of person who liked to go to crowded places. Her sister Nuha kept pleading her to attend a function. After a long try of convincing, Riley agrees.
Riley Mayers found herself reluctantly attending a function alongside her sister Nuha.
Riley always liked hanging out with Nuha. They used to share almost most of their secrets to each other. Nuha and Riley are cousins. They too were also neighbours. They both loved spending time with each other.
As they stepped into the crowded hall, Riley's senses were assaulted by a cacophony of sound and kaleidoscope of colours, the air thick with anticipation and excitement.
Nuha's classmates also showed up there. She really had good taste in making friends. Almost all of her friends knew Riley. But Riley didn't wanted to go with them.
Nuha, eager to immense herself in the festivities, bounded off in search of her friends, leaving Riley to navigate the unfamiliar terrain alone.
Riley knew this would happen. Nuha was always like this. She began wandering around. All these unfamiliar faces talking happily in joy and excitement was disturbing her. This all was new to her. Riley always preferred staying silent than making stupid conversations which never made any sense. She felt uncomfortable staying there. As people tried to talk to her, she ignored. After all, humans are like that. she started to search Nuha, but she was no where to be found. She waited in the crowd for Nuha's arrival.
With a sigh, Riley resigned herself to role of her observer, her gaze drifting across the crowded faces in search of solace amidst the chaos.
And then she saw a face.
