"Stop laughing," Jay chided making the salad while Yoongi was cooking stirred fry vegetables and Jungkook garnishing the rice.
"It happened," she threw the piece of carrot at Jungkook, "She has been asking me about Kook for so long. I told her - he is off the limits."
Jungkook clapped his hands like a tiny baby, "Good job my gal."
Rolling her eyes, Jay put the piece of cucumber in her mouth, "But now she thinks that I am doing it deliberately."
Yoongi frowned and turned around, "Why would you do it deliberately?"
Jay sighed and looked at the love of her life with tired eyes. She had been writing non-stop since morning and now all she needed was a nap on her Yoon's lap. Plus, that girl - Marie - had really suffocated her with many questions.
"She thinks that - um - I am having an affair with Kook," Jay informed with a dejected face and saw both the men gaping at her with mouths wide open.
Pouting, she scrunched her nose like her son, "She really thinks that - the reason I am not giving her Jungkook's number is that I am sleeping with him."
The men stopped and stared for a while and then burst into laughter.
Rolling her eyes she began to throw the leftover pieces of carrots and cucumbers, "I fucking hate you both. You always do this to me."
Well - it was true. They were best friends since last so many years.
"She thinks I am a homewrecker. That I would cheat on Yoongi," Jay chuckled and licked her lips staring at Yoongi, "Like I would ever cheat on my Yoon Kitty. So - I told her something else."
The men stopped laughing and high fiving each other.
"What? What did you tell her?" Yoongi knew when Jay batted her eyelashes it meant danger.
Jungkook sighed and was getting ready for it.
"I just told her that I am not a cheater. I am not cheating on Yoongi. In fact, he knows it. And - and we are kinda in it together," she shrugged casually putting the salad bowl aside.
Yoongi put his hand on his mouth shaking his head, "No wonder she was giving me sympathetic looks. She even brought iced tea for me today."
"That bitch," groaned Jay grabbing the knife, "But I clearly told her we were having a threesome."
Jungkook threw the pieces of veggies she had thrown at them, "I am gonna kill you Jay."
On her feet, Jay defended herself saying, "Look - she is an alcoholic. She might just forget it in a week."
"Yeah before telling the whole office - you dumb dodo," yelled Jungkook and heard something.
