They sits down on the couch with Lexi in the middle.
Lexi - So Timmy how old are you???
Lucy - LEXI, you can't ask that!
Lexi - soowy mommy.
Tim - it's okay Lucy, she's just a kid.
Lexi - I'm not a kid! I'm a big girl!
Tim - sorry Lex i meant a big girl!
Lexi - mhm...
Tim - but if you want to know, I am about 4 years older than your mom.
Lexi - okay so you're old?
Lucy - LEXI STOP IT!

Tim was laughing.
Lexi - Timmy can I show you my room Pwease!
Tim - sure if that's okay with your mom?
Lucy - yeah it's okay, I can set the table while Lexi shows her room.

Tim and Lexi went in to her room and she started to show all her toys.
Lexi - so this is mr crunch and he is my favorite teddy bear. I love him and he is my best friend!
Tim - how cute he is!
Lexi - I know but he is mine!
Tim - it's okay you know I do also have a teddy bear and his name is Mr cuddles.
Lexi - wow, can I meet him sometime?
Tim - yeah I can take him with me some day!

Lexi - okay.
Lexi - Timmy can you be my dad?
Tim - eehh.. Lexi your mom and I are just friends and nothing else. I'm sorry Lexi but I can't. You have your mom and she loves you so much!
Lexi - But i want a dad.. my mom said that my dad left us because he didn't and mommy didn't like each other and mommy said that her parents don't want to see me...
Tim - oh Lex I'm sorry. Come here...

Tim hugged Lexi tight and then there was a knock on the door.
Lucy - Food is here!
Tim - we're coming!
Tim - come on Lexi we need to go and eat.
Lexi - okay.

They eat and was just chatting until it was time for Lexi to sleep.
Lucy - Lexi I think it's time for you to go to bed!
Lexi - no mommy I don't want to sleep.
Lucy - but you need to or you are going to sleep too late! And I can see that you're tired!
Lexi - okey mommy. But can you sing like you used to do?

Lucy - eehm.. can't I just read you a bed time story?
Lexi - pweaseeee?
Lucy - okay then but you need to brush your teeth or do you need help?

Lucy - okay then. Do that while Tim and I take away the food.
Lexi - okay!

Lexi went to brush her teeth while Tim and Lucy removed the dishes and get it cleaned.
Lucy - thanks for the help and everything! I do really appreciate it!
Tim - yeah of course! Lexi is a wonderful girl and you have done a good job with her!
Lucy - thank you!

Lexi ran out from the bathroom.
Lexi - mommy I'm done now!
Lucy - okay then hope in bed and I will come and say goodnight!
Lexi - And sing!
Lucy - Yes Lexi and sing!
She runs in her room and Lucy follows her.
Lucy - hey Tim you can do what ever you want I'm back in like 10 minutes.
Tim - okay.
Tim sat down on the couch and looked on his phone.
Lucy - okay are you ready to go to sleep.
Lexi - yes mommy but you need to sing!

Lucy starts to sing and her voice is amazing. Tim hears her singing and decides to go and look. He stands in the doorframe and just looks at Lucy singing. Lucy doesn't see Tim and just keeps singing after 5 minutes she stops and sees that Lexi is almost asleep. She kisses her on the head and tucks her in and stands up. Before she turns around Lexi asks her with a sleepy voice..

Lexi - Mommy... do you love Tim?
Lucy - I... I really like him and I think I love him.
Lexi - I love him too.
Lucy - I love you Lexi and goodnight.
Lexi - goodnight mommy.

Lucy turns around and sees Tim standing in the doorframe...
