Our house was huge. My room by itself was 20 by 25, with french doors and a balchony, (a nicely placed tree to climb down) walk in closet, and a nice bathroom. Tori had the same type room except without the tree. Although, Tori had a swing on her balchony. Tori was one of the few people I could trust. We would go everywhere together. Fashion week, Aspen for skiing, Paris for shopping, Olympics, and football games. Not to mention she taught me how to surf. I was always terrified of water though,

As soon as I was in the sixth grade we were having bon fires every friday night. At about two am, every friday night I would sit on the swing slowly swinging back and forth. It comforted me. Tori would come out and ask "watcha doin?'" I'd just look back at her and think. She was pretty. Well, beautiful. She had surfer blond, straight hair, a thin, muscular body, and midnight blue eyes. I, on the other hand, was way off from her. I had dark curly hair, thin but not-so muscular body, and my eyes changed colors (which i actually liked a lot.) But all i'd say is "just hanging here."Icouldn't tell her about how I secretly envyed her or how much I try to be like her. She was always so kind yet assertive if it was necessary; I always wanted to be just like her. Then we would talk until five in the morning about what happened that night, who we kissed, what drugs we had done or didn't do, and other gossipy things we could think of. It was nice to have someone i could confide in. It was also nice to know she trusted me.

Once I was in seventh grade she could drive. She would take my friends and I anywhere we liked. She had a yellow buggy that held me her and my two best. All her friends could drive so we just met them at places. Most of the time I would see her friends at the mall or at her surf compititions. She had done so much for me, i decided to do something nice for her. "Next birthday she will have the best birthday party ever!" I started planning. It was only two months away and you can never be prepared enough, right?

Purple balloons? Check! Best music playlist ever? Check! All of her friends invited? Check! Booked the huge gym at the communtiy center? Check! Yup, I had planned this perfectly!  Now all I had to do was get her there. "Hey, Tory, can you take me and my friends to the community center at 6?" I asked as realistically as possible. "why?" she asked. As I started to fumble with my words I realized I should have come up with an excuse sooner. "There is a really cute guy there." I blurted out.  "oh alright, I thought you were going to say something weird like gymnastics." I just laughed for a minute and after she left I sighed deeply and just fell to the ground. I was sitting on the floor in my kitch waiting until six to do anything else. We got in her yellow buggy, we were on our way to pick up my friends. As we were leaving our neighborhood, she pulled out her phone and started texting her friend. Before we knew it we were tumbling across the road.
