ROLLER SKATING

          THE SCHOOL DAY comes to an end, as juniper walks down the buzzing corridor to the dormitory, connie and julie alongside her.

"we have hockey, but after do you want to come hangout at our dorm?" connie asks as they stop right infront of; junipers assuming, their dorm.

"yeah! what time do you guys get out?" she hugs her books to her chest.

"i think 5? the guys will probably be with us too, just a fair warning," connie jokes.

"oh sweet," juniper smiles, as her thoughts goes straight to the blonde, that's been in the back of her mind all day.

"sooo," julie begins, juniper already preparing for the question she's about to ask. "you think anyone is cute?"

"oh, not really. i haven't gotten a good look at anyone, to be honest," she shrugs, as connie's eyes narrow.

"i know someone, who has got a good look on at you."

juniper eyebrows furrow, confused by that sentence.
"huh?" she asks, as julie and connie giggle, both thinking of the same person.

"oh nothing!" connie waves her off. they say their goodbyes and split ways, a jump to junipers step, after her first day.

          JUNIPER SLIPS OUT of her dorm room, after a long few hours of strictly homework, dancing, and singing. she prays she remembers the way to the girls dorms, as she walks down the hallway, a little nervous to meet up with them.

after a good few minutes of searching, she thinks she found the dorm room. she knocks softly at the door, just for it to be swung open a few moment later.

"hey, hey!" connie smiles, as she opens the door all the way, letting the blonde into the room.
"hey!" she laughs, as she looks around the, much bigger, dorm room the two girls share, immediately greeted by the entire hockey team.

she examines the room, looking around at all the hockey and music posters, and all the things around the room that a teenage girl would own.

their dorm is definitely more homie than hers.

she plops down next to julie, on the twin bed, connie sitting down next to her, so she's squished between the two.

"i'm boredddd," luis complains, as he throws a small rubber ball in the air repeatedly, while laying on his back to the ground.

"let's do something," charlie smacks the dresser, grabbing everyone's attention.
"like what?" fulton reed, comments, not convinced there is much to do.

"i don't know. explore?"

junipers stomach drops, at the thought of exploring the very big, and very guarded, school. not wanting to get into any sort of trouble on her first day there.

"i'm down!" dwayne says in his western accent, throwing juniper off a little bit.

next thing she knows, she's being dragged out of the dorm by connie and julie, and she's walking around the school, with her new friends.

there's not many people out, considering it's past 6. the students they have seen, are either studying, or eating dinner from the dining hall.

"so your telling me, the anaheim ducks are named after you guys?" juniper asks, not fully convinced by the story charlie conway has told.
