Heyy Guyz! I'm backk. So umm gonna upload some more. yeah, that's about it.

So listening to.....Knives and Pens- Black Veil Brides

The day in hiding with Ezra went like this. He talks, makes some perverted comment about me, I tell him to shut-up and he ignores me. Yeah, and this was my partner, totally excited to be working with him. Making it worse, we spent the day in a forest, and of course that was fun. You know walking around with giant black wings on your back does not help you live in a forest any easier! When was Persephone coming back? At least she wasn't half this annoying. And that's saying something.

By the time the sun was dipping into the horizon, the jerk and I had found an overlooking rock face, shaved off to be considered a cliff. It overlooked a tiny blue lake at the bottom and since it had a great view of the forest, we decided to watch the sunset, and moonrise for the first time as full-time angels.

I sat on the edge of the big gray rock, feeling on top of the world for once. Ezra came later to join me.  For the first time today, he was silent.

 "It's beautiful, isn't it?"

I turned to him. I nodded.

"Yeah, I've never seen a sunset before, or moonrise...I've always been morphing into an angel in the process. It's nice." I replied softly.

"I wish I could just sit here everyday, just stare up into the sky without a care in the world, knowing I could sit into day and remember all the good times. I never was adopted either...so I never had a home or a family. I'm a nomad." Ezra sighed.

"You never...but everyone...I mean what happened to your fallen angel parents?" As far as I knew, every angel who's parents died were given a home to grow in. Some Moonrisen Angels still even knew their biologicals, but most had been sent to Hell. Like mine.

"My parents were different...they hid me as a baby. They sent me to a friend's after they had to depart. This...friend was human, and knew about Angels and that was their only crime. I grew up with her and she was killed in a accident when I was fourteen. From then I hid myself, and I looked after myself. The house was kept in a relative's name after her death, and I've lived in it ever since. They don't come much, and when they do, I disappear."

 "Wow...I'm so sorry Ezra...really."

"That's life, c'est la vie." He muttered. But I swore I saw a single tear run down his face.

"Hey, I promise after this is all over, we'll find you a new home. You could bunk with me or we could live somewhere with my sister Violeah. You'll never be alone again." I promised him. He looked at me with a surprised, happy, and confused expression, if that was even possible.

"Really, you'd do that for me? After the jerk I've been to you?"

"Ah, so you do admit you acted like an ass!"

"I didn't...I mean...Answer the question!" I laughed at his stuttering.

"Look, Ezra, you're not all bad, and hey, you even stop acting like an idiot and people like you. You do know you don't have to be all tough to be liked."

"Yeah, I know but I'm not one who trusts easily."

"Try, try to to trust me, after all, we're all that's left of our race. We're the only ones that can help them. So to do that we have to at least grow to have some kind of relationship of trust." He nodded, I guessed feeling more relaxed, and I tried not to get lost in his deep blue eyes, which I had only noticed talking to him. He must've noticed me staring because he winked at me.

"See something you like?" He asked with a smirk. I blushed.

"N-no...of course not. Just glad I finally got to know the real you Ezra, it's nice." I said, and he smiled.

As the sun went down I saw him slowly move his hand over mine. I didn't mind it.

"Are we having a moment?" He asked randomly as we watched the moon rise. It was full tonight, bright and silver perfect to watch on our cliff.

"Maybe...I honestly couldn't tell you...this is my first." He laughed softly. Our faces inches apart and my heart pounded. What was happening? Was this actually happening?

But before anything could happen, a large ball of golden light appeared and there, dressed in her white angel dress was Persephone.

Ezra cursed under his breath. I think he was mad because Persephone ruined whatever was happening back there.

"Come on, we're leaving. I trust nothing big happened whilst I was gone?"

Since nobody answered, she clearly took it as a yes.

"Come now and grab my hands, only I can transport you to the place you need to be."

"And where is that?" I asked skeptically.

"Patience is a virtue, my dear Evaline. You'll both find out soon enough. Now come." Hesitantly we both grabbed on to her hands, and all I saw was white. When my vision regained, we stood on a white strip of energy looking over into red light. I looked behind me, I saw blackness and light, the cosmos, the white strip we stood on was a pathway to heaven.

 "What is this place?"

"It is the edge of the universe, and all heavenly creations. It is known as The Fringe. and this is the entrance to Hell. I will wait here for you, to take you out once you have freed the Moonrisen Angels, you cannot get out, so I will take the liberty of taking all the Angels of your kind out." Persephone explained. I looked at the fiery, bloodred hole.

"Are you crazy! We're going to die!" I screeched at her, my eyes wild with fear.

"No you won't." Persephone said calmly. Ezra even gave her a deranged glare.

"Yeah...you're crazy. You're lucky I'm not completely sane either." I murmured. I grabbed Ezra's hand, pulling him forward. Together, we got ready to jump over the edge.

"You ready?" I asked him. He nodded, but I could see fear in his eyes.

 "On 3...1...2...3!"

And together we jumped into the Fringe.
