Chapter 3

It has been 3 days since I arrived at this camp.

And honestly, it's been great so far. I was actually able to talk with a lot of people and I was also able to get to know them.

Maybe my parents were right.

Maybe I could finally make some friends here.

But I seriously cannot get my mind off of the boat house.

Could it really be true that it's a serial killers hideout?

I have no idea.

I mean, there's been no proof so far.

But I did say that I would stay away from that place and I will.

Anyway, let's get to what I'm doing now.

It was a nice and sunny day.

Once I got out of bed, I got dressed and then heard an announcement.

"Good morning campers, it's a nice and sunny day today! Are you guys hungry, breakfast is being served in the cafeteria." The announcer said.

I quickly got out of my cabin and immediately headed straight towards the cafeteria.

Alex left early because he told me yesterday that he likes to go on morning jogs.

Anyway, once I got to the cafeteria, I grabbed a tray and got myself some pancakes, scrambled eggs, and also bacon.

I was really hungry.

Once I sat down on a table, I began digging in!

Whoever the chefs were, they did an amazing job!

Because the food they made here is really good!

Once I was done, I took my tray to the trash and stacked it on top with the other dirty ones.

I then headed back to my cabin and texted my parents, telling them that I was having a great time.

They were really happy about this.

And so was I.

Anyway, once I put my phone away, I walked out of my cabin and took a deep breath.

"So, what should I do today?" I asked myself.

So far, for the past three days. I have played volleyball, chatted with some people, and went exploring.

After having some time to think, I decided to go fishing today.

Good thing I brought some fishing gear with me.

Before I went back into my cabin, I asked the camp counselor if there's any boats available that I can borrow today.

Luckily, there was some. So, he went to go get one for me.

Once I went back into my cabin, I started grabbing my fishing gear and suit up.
