He pulled the trigger......

When he's about to shoot Eddie pushes him. He missed the shot. He fell down. Jothi and Garry stopped running and turned back. Pooja was there too.

Pooja : Dad, stop!

Sethuraman : (furiously) How dare you??

Garry and Jothi walked towards Sethuraman

Jothi : Dad, why are you doing this?

Pooja : Jothi, I told you to stay. Why are you not listening to me?

Jothi : Why can't you understand? There's no other way.

Eddie : Garry, have you lost your mind?

Garry : I told you that I am leaving.

Eddie : Yes, but you didn't tell me that you are leaving with her. It's risky. You think you will be safe after running away? You only know her for three days. Three days Garry.

Garry : So? You know her for only two days and you are sitting with me waiting for your girlfriend.

Eddie : Yes, but I didn't run away.
Still we don't know each other. Not that much. You knew why we came here. To catch that criminal.

Garry : Yeah and it's done. Listen I just love her. I just want to be with her. I am not like you.

Eddie : I never said I didn't love Pooja too. But there's a lot of things we have to talk about. Cause I don't want to ruin her life. What if her mind changes? What if I am not the right one? What if she doesn't like me after she gets to know about me? What if she wants to leave?

Pooja : I won't leave you. We still have years to know about each other.

Eddie smiles at her and holds her hand.

Sethuraman : Rubbish!

They literally forgot that Sethuraman is still struggling to get up after he falls down.

Sethuraman : (with furious voice) Who raised you both? When I say no it's a no. You stupid brats. Don't get near my daughters.

Pooja : Dad, you never told us why we can't marry them. What is the actual reason? I know many fathers like you who oppose their daughters'love marriages, but nobody went to this extent. Like murder?!? Seriously??

Sethuraman : I know what is good for you. I am your father.

Jothi : Don't say that! You should be ashamed to say something like that.

Jothi got upset and she left that place. She was walking to her home. Garry follows her to ask what happened.

Sethuraman : Don't move! You are not marrying my daughter.

Eddie : Yes we will. With your blessings. Actually sir, we never wanted this type of approach. What we actually thought is to talk to you about us and we wanted to get married with your blessings.

Sethuraman : Never!

Garry : Well, I totally get why you are behaving like this. We are foreigners of course! We are not the same... Religion oh yeah! We are not the same religion. But you have the power  to get your daughters to marry anyone they want. But they won't be happy. They will never be. And it's not because of us. It's because of you.
