Jack and I got really close since this past month. We've been hanging out mostly with Urban in the studio as Jack didn't like to be spotted by groups of fans in public which was understandable. Also, Neelam, Aaliyah, and I started hanging out more and attending business parties together.
September has already come by and my schedule started getting real messy and filled. A lot of collaborations to deal with, emails, paperwork, and campaigns came by which was getting exhausting.
I was just answering some of them when my doorbell rang. I put on my slippers and rushed to see who was that. I didn't look my best so I hoped it was Aaliyah just wanting to hang out at my place. I looked through the peephole just to see Urban standing at my doors which was unusual. Actually, one time he and Jack were at my apartment after I realized I forgot my phone as we were in the studio, so I wasn't surprised he knew my address.
"What are you doin' here?" I said as Urb walked in.
"Good to see you too," He replied sarcastically as he sat down on the couch.
"Do you actually need somethin' Urb? I'm kind of busy right now," I said as I locked the doors and threw the keys on the kitchen counter.
"Nah, just hangin' around" I rolled my eyes at his explanation. I sat down next to him and went back to my work on my laptop as I didn't let him bother me. He grabbed the remote from the coffee table and turned on the tv.
"Really?" I said annoyed as Urban's favorite thing to do is irritate me. "By the way, where's Jack?" I said as they're usually seen together.
"At his place, sleepin," Urb turned the volume down. "Oh yeah, he wanted me to ask you, if you're down for goin' today to the club with us" He turned to look at me. "He gon play his shit and he wanted you to come too"
"He mentioned somethin', but wasn't it supposed to be on Friday?" I asked as Jack told me something else.
"Yeah, but he'll be filmin' music video for 3D" Urban cleared. Jack was in the middle of making a song with Jangkook which was supposed to get released before October so he was pretty busy. They played it for me some time ago and I couldn't wait to be able to finally put it on repeat.
"Right, but sure I'll be there" I smiled at Urb who was still watching tv as I returned to replying to emails.
