I TRY FIGHTING HIS HOLD on my elbow, tugging away from him but the more I fought, the more his grip tightened.
"I'm not staying with you.", I bit out, digging my heels in the ground.
He stops and looks at me for a while and I contemplate running away. As if reading my thoughts, Dante suddenly picks me up and throws me over his shoulder.
I squeal, desperately punching his back and trying to wiggle out of his hold. Dante ignores me, walking towards his bedroom.
"Dante De Luca put me down or I swear to God I'll ruin your life.", I threaten and when he still doesn't respond, I switch from punching him to kicking him. He grunts as the kicks land on his chest.
My movements halt when I feel a sharp sting on my ass.
In my shocked state, I don't notice when Dante reaches his bedroom and gently puts me down on my feet again.
I snap back to reality when I hear his bedroom door lock click.
"Did you- did you just ?", I stutter and he smiles dangerously.
"Spank your ass so you would stop kicking me ? Yes I did.", he raises an eyebrow as if to say 'what are you going to do about it ?'.
"It hurts.", I mutter.
Like the psychopath he was. His eyes fill with pleasure at my statement.
"Want me to kiss it better ?", he mocks feigning concern.
"I. Would. Rather. Die.", I smile venomously at him, enunciating each word.
Just like that, all signs of playfulness of his face dies and he stares at me coldly.
"You're going to stay in my room from now on.", he declares as he walks over to his bedside table before taking off his watch and cufflinks, placing them on his bedside table.
There was just something so sexy about a man taking off his cufflinks.
I avert my gaze because it was obviously very bad for my mind.
I look back at him slowly. "Why do I have to stay here ?."
"Consider it punishment for tricking my men and going out without my permission.", he says while shrugging out of his suit jacket and untying his already roughened tie.
