Decided to work on one of my OCs, and who better than Kuzuko Willow!
Kuzuko is that background character you'd see in shows doing some out of the ordinary things, but you wouldn't notice unless you focused on the background. As an important character, she's that "there's only one other person we can go to" friend, lol; she's like the wild card, has basic first aid things, if you need medical disinfectant sprays, she has it in her locker.
Need a pencil, pen, paper, ruler, pair of scissors, coloring utensils, glue, white out, or any other item you may need for school? She'll have spares to share! Need someone to vent to? She's your girl! Wanna hang out with someone but feel a bit awkward about it? So long as you don't have any negative intentions or trying something bad, she'll show her 'sunny' side to you!
Kuzuko Willow isn't the last Willow, but in her household of 5 (mom, dad, sister, and brother, and her), she's the last one alive.
She coopes with music and arts. She'll put on her headphones and begin drawing, animating, or mimic the beat.
Backstory: (it's not 100% organised, plus it's missing some links, but you can find other information in this chapter)
She grew up as an extroverted child, always willing to help others, and her hair was always frizzy and puffy because of how active she was! Though, her and her parents couldn't see eye to eye, and because Winter Blossom's family was close to her's she ran away all the way to Japan. Little did she know that her neighborhood was going to be violently bombed and attacked from quirk terrorists. She didn't know until a week after though, which was by the time she was fully settled in the Blossom house, which was eerily vacant. Not to mention that the weather was being very violent and threatening, as if mourning the death of someone special. Sometime later Winter would return to the house, and Kuzuko and Winter had updated each other on what happened in terms of their family, though it wasn't easy, since Winter didn't do a lot of talking, but Kuzuko was able to piece everything together and since, they've lived together. Over the years, Kuzuko and Winter, although close cousins, lived more like roommates who had their lives. Winter constantly leaving the house for her own personal reasons and Kuzuko losing her spark and became an introvert. She used to take walks outside the house with Winter, but at some point she had some low self esteem, and became too self conscious, and over time, she stopped leaving the house, only going to the backyard or rooftop to get air and sunshine. While she's been living with Winter, they have had their own bonding time, such as game night, where they play whatever board games they had, or play on Winter's brother, Everett's gaming console and play Just Dance, or fruit ninja, they've grown to become competitive over each other! They've also had movie night, and some days where they'll spend almost the entire day together, cooking, drawing, napping, cuddling, whatever you can do with a friend or family, they did together! This was because Winter spent most of her time outside the house, hanging out with friends, or wreaking havoc, or whatever business she has, but she's left Kuzuko with ample time to do many things in solitude. Kuzuko finished her high school learning via online classes and took other online workshops, some for cooking, animation, basics in business and nursing, programming and video game development (on behalf of Everett), even clothes making, cause if you're not gonna leave the house, might as well know how to make the things you want lol. Even though Winter would sometimes get the essentials, still. As the years go on, Kuzuko loses her socializing skills, but has gained many new skills. So now, if there's plans where they involve Kuzuko speaking, Winter acts as her scout person and gives her information on the person so she can prepare herself and how she should act around the person. If the chatter is formal or for a purpose of sorts, she'll speak fluently, calm and collected, using acting to help her behave accordingly. But if the chatting is casual, then she stutters, cause she's spent most of her life muttering to herself in solitude or talking to the dark, so talking to an actual person (excluding Winter) whose an actual person is harder for her to talk to. She still has her 'spark', her extrovertness in her, but it's been left a chest for so long, so she's become quiet and polite. It'll take a while to see her true self, especially when she covers herself in masks to please and avoid conflict with others. Kuzuko has also been forced to 'spar' against Winter, which is really just Winter trying to prove a point in an argument, but brings her claws out to try and win her over, and Kuzuko, instead of fighting back constantly dodges and finds ways to escape Winter's grasp until she finds a way to end it in a draw. Over the years, this has caused Winter to be prepared for any movements, calculated or not, and Kuzuko has become agile, speedy, dodgy, and a bit manipulative to get out of needing a trip to the hospital.I just realized I forgot to add that she's Japo-American, but that's fine cause I'm not done making the character sheets of her!
