It's a story about Paro and Devdas.....a story where both have a great end yet not together....another story with the same name yet not the same heartbreak....

Author POV:
"Okay maa, I'll call you once I have reached the other station.....yeah don't worry, bye" cutting the call Dev got inside the train as it was about to leave for it's final destination....Chandigarh .... Dev is going to chandigarh for his law firm from Delhi, a little depressed, childish, flirty he was.....a man with beautiful voice yet a hideous lifestyle....the train took it's speed as it started to move, inside the train first class room, sat there Dev with some soldiers and some girls...who were now checking the seat number to settle down, Dev eyes were set outside as he enjoyed the beautiful view...his left side of the seat suddenly sipped as he looked towards the person to find a girl....a girl....with a beautiful dimple smile....rosy lip....doe eyes.....she was talking with the soldiers now, as Dev heard her voice....his heart flutter yet he controlled it not knowing what was going on with him, why he felt that way suddenly.....shrugging the shoulder off he started to gazed outside again.....

It was time for dinner, as Dev took out the box his mother has packed for him, his health has always be unpredictable, when he'll fall sick no one knows, opening the tiffin, the aroma of paneer cury started to spread in the air.....looking around he saw his compartment people all waiting for their dinner, looking at his tiffin he started to ask the soldiers if they want to have some out of respect, they sad no and started to wait for there own meal, he couldn't help but feel like wanting to ask the person beside him the same question....looking towards her, he moved his tiffin a little towards her as he said, "would you like to have some?" The girl just looked at him for sometime seconds and nodded her hair, as she took a bite from his tiffin....Dvv smiled, his smile had what meaning, he doesn't know, what he felt, he doesn't know, he just know..that they are eating together from one tiffin..no names were exchanged...no words came out of their lips as they continued to eat and finish the tiffin.....Dev looked for his water bottle when he found it empty, suddenly someome pushed their bottle in front of him, looking up he saw her eyes looking at his directly as she said with a beautiful smile on her face, "here, you can drink this" Dev was astonished, his heart beat raised, the first sentence she spoke to him was to help him out, with a shaking hand he took the bottle and drink some water....

The compartment was now dead silent yet it had the whole different noise disturbing two people, the people inside the compartment were mostly snoring, Dev couldn't sleep....he opened his eyes to see the girl on his right seat laying down also looking at him, "you also can not sleep with such noises?" He asked whisperingly as she sat up and nodded her head, dev too sat up and started talking to her as he initiate the conversation, both were talking about different things happening here and there yet they didn't exchanged....names...numbers....address.....

The likeness towards her on dev started to make him fall for her, fall? Maybe ......

He started to noticed little things she did, covering her foot inside the blanket as the AC was too high on temperature.....her open hairs which she was tying in a bun....the chain on her neck which had a stunning blue butterfly....her eyes as which had kajal in them....her wrist which had some blue bangles....his heart was opening up for her.....he didn't know why....but that conversations felt like a most beautiful memory of his......

Looking at the time he saw it was 12 at midnight already as it was now his birthday, he took a chocolate out of his bag and pushed it towards her with a smile on his face, showing his heating up cheeks, he said, "it's my birthday today, first sweet of my birthday is yours now, here" she sat there stunned as she took the chocolate with a whispering thank you, then said a sorry and then....Happy Birthday to him, he there couldn't help but smile at her confused behaviour...

The sun started to make everyone feel it's energy as it was 9 am in the morning, as their never-ending talk was now stopped,
The awkwardness in the air stiffen both of them....it was her stop....Haryana.....her destination....his heart was now breaking into pieces, he couldn't do anything....the once beautiful eye contact was now filled with awkwardness, longing, or maybe...... love?

She got down from the train as Dev called his mother. After 3 continues rings, she picked up the phone, "maa, can I stay in Haryana for a few days?" He questioned, he wanted to have more time with her, his these words were silent, he couldn't tell that to his mother, his mother replied instantly, "Yeah, stay there for some days, enjoy before you go to Chandigarh for your firm work" his heart felt at ease, he saw her standing behind the bars as her eyes were stuck on the train window where once she sat with him, he took his luggage as he move towards the door when suddenly.....the train moved forward towards it next destination on full speed, Dev wanted to get down but now he can't, he looked at the hidden spot as she stayed there, her eyes were showing some emotions, he couldn't focus, his heart was suddenly in pain....his eyes were glossy, taking his seat back, he silently gazes outside.....

Remembering how the ticket checker called her name, he tried to remember it..."ticket please, par..." He couldn't remember... his heart was hurting....he gave her a name which will always remind him of her.....PARO....

Maybe the Paro was never his in the first place, maybe the emotions which he thought was love in her eyes were just sadnest to leave a new friend she made, Paro....A never talkative girl, had to go to Haryana for her wedding....yes wedding.....marrying her childhood lover Bhuvan, both are having a love marriage,  they both love each other a lot, but there was a thing....paro was never allowed to be friend with a male .... she was okay with it.... till she met him...in the train, who offered her his own meal, his chocolate....she noticed how he noticed everything about her, but she didn’t felt uncomfortable from his lingering gaze, she wanted him to be her friend, she wanted to invite him at her wedding...but she didn’t knew him too...a single night chat won't change the fact that he was a stranger to her....morning came with it's beautiful glow, maybe he didn't knew but she knew his name....she has her attention to the ticket checker as he called him, "ticket please....dev"

She was awkward now, she didn’t know what to say to him..... now...as she got down the train with her luggage with a thought of .... maybe he'll be just a beautiful memory at the back of my mind...Dev a friend she met yet left.....

She looked at the train as it left for its next destination, she took on every little detail about his face in her mind, so she won't forget this new friend of hers.....till she lived....

Sometimes, the love you have for another person you met is just affection, attraction or a simple likeliness....maybe what Dev felt for her was one of it, maybe he actually liked her a lot that he couldn't forget her till now, but maybe there's somewhere someone waiting for him....maybe a girl name Chandramukhi....maybe all he needs now is calm, and quiet sort of love which will heal his wounds, his past, his depression, his heart and soul.....maybe Dev just now needs to wait patiently for his own destiny to put a magic in his life, maybe just a little bit of wait....or maybe years of wait.....

But surely his love will be found once it's the right time.....

Another story of Dev and Paro ended with a tragedy, but with a happy ending at last....
