Black smoke suddenly appeared in the atmosphere, thick with dust, which the gusty winds did not blow away. The smoke started spinning and became a black tornado.

An apparition of a man appeared, smeared with cremation ashes and a large white beard on his chin. He had built a bonfire with several skulls and bones, which were green in colour. He wore a white dhoti that looked like the cloth hanging from the trees in the deep forest.

He appeared to practice some devilry and opened his iris-less eyes, scanning the area. After a few seconds, his green iris appeared, and suddenly, the woman could see her body lying on the ground. She realized that she had become a spirit.

"Being a spirit was light. Though I could sense the pain, it felt different. I knew my surroundings were not enjoyable, but my afterlife was. I did not want to return from this stage of the afterlife. I wanted to wander around hell and heaven. White flashes made me unable to see anything, and it was like I was travelling to another universe. My spirit started spinning expeditiously. I could not feel anything, but I could hear and see." Emma thought.

She felt puzzled, incredible, and horrible at the same time. Though her surroundings felt jaded, it was still better than feeling creepy. She pondered about the upcoming change. Eventually, she came out of the beams of flashes.

As she lay sprawled on the ground, she couldn't shake the sensation of an unknown, supernatural radiation pulsing within her organs. It filled her with a sense of anxiety, as if unbearable pain was imminent. The events that led to her current state were baffling and left her with more questions than answers.

Emma thought to herself, "I guess I was too young to experience the afterlife, and it was especially traumatic when I was not truly dead." Her head was now pulled towards a tunnel with a skin-coloured hue. There was no way out of it, and her headache was intensifying at a massive level.

"Yes, I was," responded the man.

" Why did you do all this to me?" she asked exasperatedly.

" Cause you asked me to!"

"I didn't ask you to show me in a dark forest ambushed by jackals and a ghoul-like creature," she said. "As far as I can remember, I asked you to show me my afterlife, not these things." Yes, you asked me afterlife solely,'' he answered tranquillity.

" Then why did you show those creatures and all the shit!" she said, growing indignant.

" Hey, stop! Before you can begin a quarrel and get cursed badly by me. I am going to show what happened before. Okay?" he said, restraining himself.

" What happened? Why did I solicit you about all these things? Tell me the whole thing happened before your dark magic!" Emma demanded.

He closed his eyes. He evaporated his memories on some clouds that appeared in mid-air. Those memories somehow displayed the past to Emma.
