Suzuya POV

"Get in." Atsuya grumbles down to me after I followed him all the way to the parking lot. I raise a brow up to him as he holds open his car door, before doing as I'm told, taking a seat in the passenger seat.

He slams the door after me, treading around the hood of the car before taking his place in the drivers side, turning his key in the ignition and pulling off.

I strap my seatbelt down, placing my hand on my cheek and suddenly feeling a slight sting coming from it. My brows furrow as I pull down the mirror in his car, observing whatever the fuck is burning on my face.

"Ugh." I grimace, noticing the four scratch marks lined down my cheek. I'm not sure when Jina found the time to become a rabid animal in between getting her face punched, but it must've happened somehow.

"You deserve it." Atsuya tuts. I deadpan, slamming his mirror back up before slumping myself back into my seat, crossing my arms like a sulking child.

"You deserve worse." I spit under my breath, knowing that he can hear me regardless.

My brother sighs to himself, letting his head lull forward after he stops at the traffic lights. I glance to him from the corner of my eye, losing my determination to feel upset with him the longer he knocks his head against the steering wheel.

I chew at the inside of my cheek, realising that I really didn't achieve much but stressing him out. I suppose I could've just told him and he would've broke up with her, that would've had the same effect...

Huh, I guess violence isn't the answer?

Who would'a thought?

"Sorr—" I stunt my apology prematurely at the sound of Atsuya's chuckling. My lips quirk downwards as I wonder if he's going to turn psycho and crash the car with both of us in it like some mega super villain.

But he simply lifts his head up, a smile pulled onto his lips as he laughs at me.

"You really thought that was a good idea?" He snickers, shaking his head at the thought of me scheming or plotting this all out like some idiot.

My brows furrow as I turn away from him to stare out of the window like it's a music video rather than address his stupid taunts. I did it for his fucking sake and now he's laughing in my face.

"Better idea than dating a snitch ass little bit—"

"I got it, Amane." Atsuya deadpans, nudging his elbow into my arm before pulling off once more, the lights changing to green.

"I told you not to let her meet mom." I grumble under my breath, despite knowing that I should probably just leave the topic alone. I imagine he feels bad, but he's my brother, so I'm never not going to blame him when he does something bad.

"Stop talking." He sighs. I glance out of the window, watching as we grow further and further away from his college, to my internal delight.
