Out of places where she could be, I knew exactly where she was. How? I listened to her earlier when she was complaining to Serafina about her need for sweets. She craves them like I crave her.

I didn't even know why I was so determined to see her, I didn't need anything particularly and I even gave her a day off but for once in this life, my brain wasn't in command. If anyone would find out about this, I don't know if I will have much time left. They are searching for my weakness, for my blind spot, where to strike and take me out of the game. Unfortunately for them, I won't give up this easily. It's my right to choose whenever I say game over.

I wasn't wearing my usual clothes, meaning formal ones. Everything I had on was a black turtleneck shirt and some dellft blue jeans. I am out of my mind, obsessed with the first woman I can't have and she said that. I still don't get her point, so I made it my mission to find out what she meant back then. However, the universe said no! She kept her distance seriously in the last few weeks. It's about time I find out why.

A song that reminded me of her was playing on the radio. I always hear her singing along to the lyrics and I must admit it, she is not a bad singer. Not Ariana Grande, more Selena Gomez. She's still in her thirties, I guess she might want to go out more. Maybe I should plan a trip or something, I am quite aware of the fact she won't be able to do it herself. She will just start complaining about how she can't leave me alone or Frederick and the Christmas gala was around the corner.

Now that I think about it, the infamous annual Christmas gala is for real around the corner. It's in three days! Christmas is in three days and now I realize this?! My God, I am great... I can't believe it's been that long since I first met her. I have to get her something for Christmas. I will need some help but I know where to find it. In my library, reading romance. From what I know and what I heard, her best friend has been ready for Christmas since October. Who would wait for Christmas that long? I even forgot about it.

Without noticing I arrived at Sweet Angels. This is her favorite place, something I started to believe after I saw her bringing cakes and muffins from here each Saturday. I don't know the reason, since it's honestly my first time being here but let's find out I guess.

A small bell announced my entrance, something unpleasant if it was to ask me. I prefer people to not know I am there. I look around at the delicate ornaments. It was all so peaceful and the place was empty. How come? Does she have any special treatment around here?

While processing the information in my head and analyzing each decoration, I feel someone's eyes scanning me from behind. I turned around for the simple fact to see who dared to scan me, just to meet her gaze and my eyes immediately fell upon her outfit. Vivia Ambrose was wearing a pair of leggings, which fit perfectly on her ballerina's legs, and a smoke-white tank top, without being important we are in the middle of December and she was covered in flour.

"Dante! What are you doing here? H-how did you know I was here?" She asks confused and surprised at the same time.

"Pretty easy. You were talking about sweets earlier and since the ones from here are the only ones you bring home, I made a guess. It's my first time here, yet this place is relaxing." I respond while taking small steps toward her.

"Do you need anything? I know I left without saying a word and not mentioning where I was going, however, I don't believe that matters anymore since you are quite the detective." She giggles.

Those sweet sounds led me to loom over her angelic figure. I place one finger under her chin, forcing her to look at me, finding out she was blushing and trying to avoid my eyes. I lean in, a small smirk placed on my face, putting a strand behind her ear and whispering.

"You are so cute."

She shivers when I touch her back, drawing circles on it. I bet we looked like a married couple now and if anyone saw us would have a lot of questions and theories, honestly I don't care. I would catch a bullet for her, this time for real. I am still haunted by the night when she was shot and the only I could think of was to call Serafina. Of course, I murdered the one who dared to hurt her. It was again one of the Turkish mafioso. They are the worst and I can't understand what's their deal with me lately. They've been acting more violently than before.

I wasn't paying attention, normal for me and I couldn't tell when and how but Vivia threw flour all over me.

"There, there! Now you look less dangerous. Let's bake something, shall we?" She smiles, making even the sun jealous.

"Yeah. I came here just to see how you are doing."

"You were worried for me?"

"I would answer you if I could but I, myself don't know the answer to this question. My brain left me alone to deal with some strange sentiment and just like that I woke up here."

"Silly." She pokes my nose. "C'mon now! Tell me when you find out the response. By the way, chocolate or red velvet?"

I couldn't form words. I was speechless. I didn't know what was wrong with me. I found myself smiling, following the drop-dead gorgeous woman back to the kitchen. What are these weird feelings that I have?

I AM MAKING RECORDS! TWO CHAPTERS IN TWO DAYS?! WHO AM I?! I AM AMAZED BY MYSELF!!! I hope you enjoyed this, especially since I still haven't changed my points of view. I wanted to keep one more chapter from Dante's POV. So? What do you think guys? I am proud of myself this weekend and I promise to post next Friday also. I may be out of town but my laptop is travelling with me! I can't leave it at home. It's my sweet baby! I just love it so much...
